The driver phoned me to say he was at my front door . I had just left to walk my dog but I got back to get my parcel from him .
He could have just left it and risk it being stolen but he didn’t….well done !

Although the engineer , Greg Reynolds couldn’t make the appointment booked ( through no fault of his , as there was a serious incident in Derby and the traffic was horrendous , many roads closed ) I was kept updated of his whereabouts but in the end we rescheduled for first appointment the next day .
He came as promised the next morning and completed a thorough service of my alarm .

When I phoned the call was picked up straight away.
Aisha had a lovely telephone manner and delt with my request professionally.
