Since O2 joined with virgin media I can't get into my virgin mail. I have gone round in circles try all the links you send and always end up having no access. I am beyond furious. It is the worst website,customer experience,and assistance I have ever known. How can it be so BAD!!!!

The representative I spoke to when renewing my policy was kind, patient and informative. I was happy and confident to renew and am confident I will again.
