Had to throw four 1 litre bottles of semi-skimmed milk away which was well within the use by date but very sour. I emailed the company and was told I would be reimbursed. I received a refund for one bottle. I emailed again and was asked to provide a photo of the bottle showing the date and batch number. I replied to the email with a photo and heard nothing. I have since sent two further emails with another photo attached and still nothing. Having been a customer for around 14 years and recommending to friends and family, I am thoroughly disappointed. I will therefore be cancelling my account and advising people NOT to use this company. Really gone downhill 😕

Still waiting on an Xmas gift delivery expected over a week ago. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.

Octopus made the transition to a better tariff easy and painless. The website is to easy to navigate and I am able to submit a meter reading regularly which enables me to keep an up to date eye on my bills and consumption.

I haven’t had need to claim but the application process was painless and easy. I had to amend my policy as I’d entered the return date incorrectly, it was simple to do online with no queries or problems. All In all it was a slick and seamless process.
