Updated review - still terrible service

I’m updating my review after receiving a response from Care ADHD annd and unfortunately, it has only reinforced my concerns.

After months of being left in limbo following my diagnosis, I raised how much this lack of communication and support has impacted my mental health. The response I received was generic, dismissive, and ultimately unhelpful. There was no attempt to provide any real update on my situation, no indication of how much longer I might be waiting, and no meaningful effort to address the distress this ongoing uncertainty is causing.

Being told that “the queue is progressing” without any transparency or timeframe is not an update - it’s exactly the same situation I have been stuck in for months.

What I found particularly frustrating was being told to go back to my GP if I am struggling, or to ask them to request prioritisation. After already waiting this long, this feels like responsibility is being pushed elsewhere rather than the service taking accountability for its delays and lack of support.

The emotional impact of this process has been significant. Being diagnosed and then left without treatment, guidance, or communication for months has been incredibly difficult and has negatively affected my mental health. This is not just an administrative delay, it has real consequences for patients.

At this point, the issue is not just the waiting time, but the complete lack of transparency, accountability, and meaningful communication. The response I received has not reassured me in any way and has only made me feel more overlooked.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to consider alternative providers.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience with G Network. We’re moving house due to circumstances completely out of our control, and unfortunately G Network does not provide service in our new postcode. Despite this, they have insisted on charging early termination fees.

Customer service has been unhelpful and unsympathetic throughout. There was no attempt to find a fair resolution, just repeated references to contract terms. Extremely frustrating experience - I would not recommend based on how they handle situations like this.

Our services are provided under fixed-term agreements, and early termination charges can apply if a service is ended before the contract term completes (which is regulatory and industry standard). However, we certainly appreciate that circumstances such as moving home can make things more complicated.

Waiting months for any updates on titration - avoid

Similar to the experiences below, I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience in regards to the titration wait. I was referred back in May 2025 and had my assessment in September 2025, which was longer than the waiting times advised, but still a good timeframe. Everything was fine on the call and I was diagnosed there and then, with official confirmation sent out the week after. But, since then I have been in months of limbo with no support, waiting for an appointment to discuss medication. I’ve submitted all my forms on time, and done everything they asked, but heard nothing. I have emailed multiple people, multiple times, and even waited an hour to speak to them on the phone a couple of times, but nobody can give me an update. They take weeks to respond to emails and when they do, they don’t answer the questions! This has had a huge impact on my mental health and if I’d known about this, I would’ve chosen another provider.

We completely understand how upsetting it is to complete all the required steps and then face months of uncertainty with limited updates, particularly when this affects your mental health.

While earlier wait times reflected projected capacity at the time, sustained and high demand has unfortunately meant that some patients experience longer waits than originally estimated.

We fully recognise that this does not lessen the frustration caused by delayed responses and lack of clarity about next steps.

We also acknowledge that long delays in email replies and difficulties reaching us by phone are not acceptable and can make the process feel unresponsive.
Clear and timely communication is essential, and we are actively reviewing our pathways to improve transparency and responsiveness.

If I could rate lower I would!!!

If I could rate lower I would!!!

Charged me an early termination fee for moving, despite them being unable to supply my new address with wifi and proof of this being sent across. They’ve now impacted my credit file with this incorrect charge and I’ve spent hours on the phone with agents who don’t know what they’re taking about. Even after admitting they were in the wrong and agreeing to credit my account with the fee, 2 weeks later they still didn’t do it. Had to call back again and speak to somebody else who doesn’t have a clue what they’re doing. Absolutely useless company - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
