AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Took out car breakdown to inclue European breakdown. Abided by all their rules e.g notify in advance when leaving the country and to where. Our car broke down in Belgium 28/12/25 and went into limp mode on a 70/80mph road and couldn’t get the car above 10 mph. The company wouldn’t accept full liability and the customer service advisor told us to limp it 10 mph on a 70/80mph motorway (very dangerous) the whole way from Belgium to North Yorkshire. Not only that the customer service advisor was so rude and could not care less. Please DO NOT be fooled with the annual breakdown prices. We were with Start Rescue before who are 100% better for near enough the same price. But sadly they couldn’t cover us as the car was over 10 years old. Now have a new car and back with them for breakdown, thank god!

Very helpful customer service line. Had to call up to book Portsmouth to Caen as I need to take my small animal with me and the lady was friendly and made everything super easy. All booked within 10 minutes.

Fantastic experience all round. I lost my passport whilst in Corfu and needed to delay my transfer home. The company provide you with a contact number for the country you are in (my case Greece) which made the whole process so easy. I’m sorry as I can’t remember the lady’s name in Corfu that helped me but thank you so much again. She was amazing during a stressful experience and managed to arrange a transfer to the Airport with very short notice. 100% would highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future.

Easy to find. Good parking - only about a 15 min walk to the airport.

The machine is really easy to navigate. You just scan the code & a locker door opens. Very handy as you don’t have to print the labels off too!

I was a bit wary at first about posting my phone off. I took my phone into a phone shop & they offered me £200 less than Mazuma paid. They also told me to not ‘trust the online sites’. I decided to give it a chance and I could not be happier! I sent my phone special delivery at 1pm and had all the monies originally quoted in my bank by 4pm the next day. They do not try and knock you down like other companies. A great company who update you on the process (when received, checked etc). I called Mazumas helpline too of which my call was answered straight away and the gentleman was very polite & helpful. I will most definitely use Mazuma when selling my phone again in the future.
