No bread till Tuesday .

No bread delivery.
1. If Hovis Seeded is not available take it off the website
2. Offer a substitution of any bread rather than leaving me with no bread. The supermarkets can do this and you have done it before.

Not the fault of our wonderful milk delivery person!

We tried to call you regarding this matter but unfortunately could not get through. The bread was not delivered on March 21st due to a product availability issue, and a full refund has already been processed for the missing item.

No refund for substandard food!

I tried to get an online refund for an order.
A very tired yellowing cabbage and a tasteless pizza.
It would not allow me to get a refund for this, not good enough.

Excellent!

Brilliant customer service. They always turn up in the allocated time slot, are very polite and helpful.
If there ever are any substitutions they are sensible ones.

Very disappointed

I had some wonderful socks over the years. I bought one pair recently the leg of which is so tight it leaves marks and cuts off my circulation. Not good!

Appalling!…

The driver claimed he had been to our address, he had not. We were in, nobody knocked or rang the doorbell. So it's ok to lie to customers now - really?
Sadly many are dependent on these suppliers!

Not fit for purpose - not 'Royal' at all

They claim they called and did not, never turned up,
don't knock or ring doorbell, claim they could not access the driveway - there is no driveway.
I am still waiting for my order. I fail to comprehend
why any reputable company would want to use this bunch of imcompetents!

Avoid at all cost

I ordered bedset and towels.
The measurements of the towels and the duvet cover are different from those advertised on their website.
The duivet cover is useless to me as it does not fit at all.
Any decent retailer would admit their mistake and make amends, but not Dawsons. Avoid, Avoid!l

I expected a delivery today which never arrived.
Apparently the driver missed me, a total lie, I was here!
This seems to be the norm with DPD, why anyone uses them I do not understand.

Driver claimed I was not in - not true.
They could have texted to get in touch with me.
No idea what address they went to, not here!

Bad customer service

I submitted an invoice for a claim, got an automated reply, then nothing. When I reminded them to respond another automated reply asking me to jump through hoops and stating they attached a form for me to fill in. there was no attachment. Obviously nobody checks what is written or sent out. It would be good if they spent less money on advertising and more on customer service. Avoid!

Very disappointed in the pillow; nice when I fluff it up, but very thin when actually sleeping on it.

You need to sort out your returns policy, still no returns to store if paid via PayPal.
This is inconvenient and bad for the environment.

Useless

Without any notice they disbanded my email. This caused me enormous problems and I had to spend a lot of time setting up a new email with a different provider and notify all my contacts.

Would not have anything to do with them, they only deserve zero ratings.
