Good services but the live chat isn't active.
I do enjoy your services but please you need to improve on your livechat services or support services.
I do have a problem at the moment if it can be resolved I will be glad, its been 4 days I can't access my domain

After many days of trying to get help (support) on my email account which had frozen with no updates, I called billing to check my account and all was up to date. I explained to the lady that I could not gt through to the help line, she put me through and I got Richard on the line. He sorted out the problem with courtesy, understanding, excellent knowledge of what he was to do and was a perfect service host. Thankyou Richard, you are a star. 1-Grid is lucky to have you on board.

Richard was very very helpful. I do wish they would put the different ways of setting up your email on the website so as not to have to wait 15 minutes on the phone just to speak to someone. But Richard was excellent.

For the last 6 months I have had…
For the last 6 months I have had endless trouble with 1grid servers, 75 domains hacked, then recently they did "maintenance" and rolled the entire server of 75 websites and clients emails back by 2 months. This took them almost 2 weeks to sort out. Eventual I hired a 3rd party to fix most of it. Now the server falls over EVERY Day. NO ONE EVER calls me back or comes back with answers. ASAP im going to Xeelo.
