Withdrew £300 from my account on 27th October and never received any confirmation of the withdrawal. After a week had passed by, I contacted the customer live chat and was told that the money was paid and that the issue lied with my bank. After a lengthy chat, I reluctantly contacted my bank and they had confirmed that no deposit had been made to my account. I went back to the chat and yet again I had no joy and was asked to provide proof of my bank account. I have done this and sent in the information, and yet again no confirmation that my email and evidence had been received, yet again I had to use the chat feature and have now been told that the company would contact me. Another four days has passed, and I have received absolutely nothing from them, and still have no idea where my withdrawal is. It’s an absolute joke when a company doesn’t keep in touch with issues like this, and even more of a joke when a customer has too keep making contact to find out what is going on. I would steer well clear of this site, especially with the experience I am having. They have clearly not paid the money and are doing everything they can not to do so. They are pretty quick to take money once it has been deposited but hold onto funds belonging to customers if they withdraw any of it!

Why does the ball in roulette stop in one number then as wheel slows the ball mysteriously comes out and move around the ends in another number.
In USA once ball lands in a number it doesn’t bounce out then get drawn to another number. Looks like magnets been used.

Absolutely terrible, will find any reason not to pay out.
I’ve had an account with 21.co.uk and LeoVegas group for years with no issues, multiple withdrawals of relatively high amounts.
Three weeks ago, I withdrew £1600 without issue before withdrawing £2,000 a couple of hours later.
My account was blocked and I was informed I needed to speak to the safer gambling team and my withdrawal would then be immediately processed. Spoke with them, account was unblocked and I withdrew another £200 which hit my account instantly, but still missing the £2,000.
After a million and one document requests (often duplicated) I was informed they’d made the decision to close my accounts despite having emails stating that all my ID proofs had been accepted and verified, and would be in touch with information regarding my £2000 withdrawal which was made in the middle of the two above ones.
Three weeks later, they just ignore emails and refuse any type of contact. Still £2,000 missing and no sign of it ever materialising.
Will update review if/when this changes, however I really wish I’d read/taken on board these other reviews before deciding to use their site in the first place.

Misleading details when using PayPal because it says it takes an hour to to receive your payment however its more than apparently it 24hrs and they need to approve it from they side which does add up but when you play your money is taken off your account straight away

Tells you to wager so much then you will get so many free spins... Mine didn't work spoke to Rachel in customer services to be told I must not of clicked it and basically tuff and I should of double checked... SCAM and rip off site DON'T USE

Scam alert 📢 absolutely disgrace of betting company I won 90 pound yesterday after putting at least over 1000 In ano 90 pound not much but try to withdraw it and was still pending to day so I got intouch with the chat they said I needed to provide proof which I did and then they said they need picture I'd which I provided then they said they wanted a utility bill which I don't have in my name as everything is in my hubby name which I explained and they said so sorry we won't beable to withdraw funds until we get all I'd verified but carnt understand as they happy to take your money from your bank account but wen you win summit they don't like handing out cash absolutely scam artists avoid at all cost

Yesterday i tried to place a £10 each way bet, but my bet was refused by the trading team. I though maybe just a bad day and some kind of internal error. I tried to place another £10 each way bet today but the same result again. My bet had to get trader acceptance. But it was refused. So 21.co.uk, a so called 'betting company' who do not take £10 EW bets at odds of 9/1? An absolute discrage of a bookmakers. I will make sure I encourage every man women and dog who wants to place a bet to place their bet elsewhere than use this absolute shambles of a 'betting company'. I withdrew my original deposit and will never use them again. I just hope and prey that my review encourages just one more person to never ever use this shambles of a company. If only one person doesnt use this company ever again then my review has made wonders to the world. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO PLACE A BET WITH YOUR OWN HARD EARNED CASH!! Rant over!

I signed up, deposited £200 went to withdraw £240 and surprise surprise they wanted I’d.
Provided that and then heard nothing, I went on web support to try and find out where it was and a guy called Michael M was rude and abrupt…I called him out..
Couple of hours later I get an email from Michael M saying thanks for the id bit verification has failed because I’ve not covered up enough Numbers on my Bank card…How can you fail verification because too many numbers are showing????
Avoid these scammers, I’ll get my money back through the Gambling Commission or their Cheif Exec but I shouldn’t have to do it…

This site is terrible they took money from our PayPal account and won’t pay what I won. I have sent every piece of identification our PayPal is linked to our bank account, apparently that isn’t enough proof. Stay away from this Company, don’t waste your money on them. My complaint is going to the gaming commission. They should be closed down.

i played with roulette on this site , it was a nightmare, first they stop you regularly , its so annoying , next u see a number, you have to go to the chat to sort it out, they ask you a load of questions, ie like your dob email address , this happens over and over , when i played i was playing zero , when i returned zero had appeared twice, i got so fed up with all the interruptions , and the chat questions , i told them why keeping asking the same over and over , the reply contact support, after contacting i found out the site permanently blocked me, with regret i was told , its all one way with this site , their way or the highway, so unfair, this site will loose many punters, unless the change their ways, and stop upsetting a player , playing roulette.

Hi all please take note of this review. So you don't waste time or money. Played on 21.co.uk first time opened an account was lucky and excited to win the 50 x play through bonus deposited 10 pound and tried to withdraw the 50 winnings. But was not sure how I contacted live chat and when i mentioned I trying to get the money I won he send me a message on the chat my account had been closed with immediate affect breach of rules I had not broke any rules. not only i lost bonus but they kept my 10 pound. I now know this company has been fined 600.000 before in court for this behaviour. They are part of LEO VEGAS.t his is unfair and disgusting. Behaviour I will be taking action against this company and campaign to stop others from being scammed by 21co.ukand there sister sites..So for now be advised all. And I will update you on my face book page I create for this case OK guys.

They close the acount tô dont pay withdraw.. u can play and get some fun but as soon as u make Money they close ur acount and Just tell you did not proced with the terms and conditions.. do not explain what have u done and they dont let u recover or try tô emend the problem

Allows you to deposit any amount with ease but the second you try and withdraw it wont allow this is the worst site I've ever been on! Please AVOID! Its a scam!
