Just returned the car and I brought the car with less fuel and dirty and they didnt charge me anything. Great company!

We got clean car and also new car and everything was perfect, the staff was great all reccomendations.

Dobili smo upgrade, rezervisali smo manuelca a dobili smo automatic. I velike pohvale za Edina sto nam je pomogao u vezi puknute gume. Sve super vidimo se opet.

Ako tražite rent a car gdje ćete dobiti vrhunska vozila, fer uslove i uslugu na nivou, onda ste na pravom mjestu. Auta su maksimalno očuvana, moderna, čista i spremna za put bez ikakvog stresa — baš ono što čovjek želi kada iznajmljuje automobil.
Posebnu pohvalu zaslužuje Edin. Rijetko se sreće radnik koji je ovako profesionalan, ljubazan i posvećen. Sve objasni jasno, bez skrivenih stavki, uvijek je spreman pomoći i stvarno se trudi da klijent ode zadovoljan. Njegov pristup pravi ogromnu razliku i podiže cijelo iskustvo na viši nivo.
Ukratko: fantastična auta, odlične cijene i vrhunska usluga — Edin je broj jedan!

I consider this company cheap, as well as its service. There are no signs where their service booth is located. We lost an hour while the airport employees found their location. The car was supposed to be a Volkswagen Golf automatic, but there was a Skoda Scala available, which was full of dents, scratches and a crack in the windshield. Almost the entire car was damaged. When returning it, they complained about a stain on the passenger door and wanted to collect money from the insurance company. I wiped this stain with my finger, because at night when I received it, I did not replace this stain from some marker. The employee of this company did not understand and demanded compensation. I refused and wiped this stain in a minute. Such a car should be taken to the workshop for service, and not given to customers with claims after returning. It is low and despicable to conduct business like this. Complete negativity and humiliation. Saraevo airport, October, 2025.

I have rented vehicles from 387 Rent a Car on several occasions, and each time the experience has been excellent. The pricing is highly competitive and exceptionally fair. The vehicles have consistently matched their descriptions and were in very good condition.

The agency is conveniently located at the far end of the airport parking area, making it easy to find and access. The staff are courteous, professional, and take the time to provide clear and thorough explanations. The security deposit is, as is standard practice, held on the credit card — a process that has always been handled smoothly and without any issues.

Overall, 387 Rent a Car offers outstanding value for money and is a company I can recommend without reservation.

Très mauvaise expérience avec cette agence de location.
Nous avions réservé et prépayé une voiture auprès de 387 Rent a Car, avec tous les documents nécessaires.
À notre arrivée à l’aéroport de Skopje, notre avion avait 20 minutes de retard, le personnel a refusé de nous remettre le véhicule.
Pire encore, ils ont tenté de nous faire payer une nouvelle réservation, à un prix bien plus élevé que celui déjà réglé — une pratique que je considère comme malhonnête et abusive.

Aucune volonté d’arrangement, aucun geste commercial, ni assistance minimale.
Je déconseille fortement cette agence, qui manque totalement de professionnalisme et de respect envers ses clients.

Terrible car rental company — you have to leave such a huge deposit that you could practically buy a car with it. They don’t reply to emails or Viber messages at all — so much for the company’s professionalism. And of course, when you cancel, they don’t refund your money. I have no idea who allows people like this to operate in the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina!!!

stay away from them. you cannot say anything good related to this unprofessional company. I waited after my flight with my 3 kids and my wife over 1 hour in the queue outside in the heat. they were handling every client very slowly. a lot of customers were upset I noticed when they came out of the office. when it was my turn it turned out that they had no credit card machine, so they couldnt charge my credit card. they tried it with some alternative method online and I approved it on my app and made a screenshot of it - but they still said it didnt work. also i called my banker in their presence who confirmed that my card was working. after another hour of loosing my time with them and with no result. they said i would get my deposit back. i went next door to another company and booked a more expensive car, because there was no reservation before with the same credit card that worked perfectly well. this company kept the deposit and still refuses to pay me back though i have provided all the proof and evidence.

Don't rent a car from this company. I had to pay €600 for a small dent that I didn't cause. You can either pay for their insurance or get ripped off.

STAY AWARE FROM THEM, THEY ARE CRIMINALS AND LIARS, USING SCAMMING TECHNQUES TO STEAL/CON EVERY PENNY FROM US.
SIMPLY STAY AWAY.

Das ist eine Katastrophe.
Ich habe mein Auto um 24:00 Uhr nicht erhalten, da meine Kreditkarte bei Ihnen nicht funktioniert hat – bei der Konkurrenz jedoch schon. Bis jetzt habe ich meine Buchung ausserdem noch nicht zurückerstattet bekommen.
