99 Bikes - Annerley Opiniões 66

Bought a Segway F2 scooter in December 2023. 4 weeks ago it just stopped working even though it had 60% charge. I dropped it back to 99 Bikes Annerley and since then I have had 1 single call from them. I have had to call for updates and all I get every time is they're waiting for Segway. 4 weeks and zero progress. I have contacted Segway and the only thing I received from them is a reference number. Next step is a formal consumer complaint to fair trading. Stay away!

Always helpful each and every time. Jack the manager is awesome and so is the entire team. Can honestly say they care about their customers and I won't go anywhere else. P.S shout out to Denise in workshop today super helpful and had my bike on the road in no time. 10/10 service always.

Avoid 99 bikes they are a headache they couldn't help me after purchasing a bike a week ago and they insisted I had a receipt to buy an extra changer wow go to eBay or Amazon any online store for a peace of mind and way better price than 99 bikes thanks for reading...

Good customer service.

The bike stand purchased itself isn't bad, but it does pull away from the bottom part...the join is a fraction off...but when it goes from the centre point to the top...the gap from the wall goes from 1cm to 3cm...which is annoying... Not an option to put a big screw into the landlord's wall!

Excellent bike service/s from the Annerley Team - every time, + great advice, useful gadgets & all probs. promptly solved with quick rtrns to happy riding. A recent headache with tubeless MTB tyres {beads not seating}; visited the 99 wrkshop - the Tech. instantly stopped all work, explained the prob., used the air compressor, fixed the prob., checked all was safe & had me mobile in 6 mins. Can't / don't go anywhere else! :)=

Came in to get bike seat fitted but wasn’t suitable for bike. The staff were great and explained why, helped to find a correct seat and seat post and also helped with exchanging handle bars. Also, helped to move gear selectors over. Top service!

Friendly and professional staff, but feeling a little underwhelmed at having to pay over $10 for a shift cable.
