Terrible customer service, sell you the wrong bike and don't care.
Purchased online but asked some questions which were promptly answered via email and phone call. Transported the bike from Adelaide on a refundable deposit. Arrived after a few weeks. Pick up was low key chilled, took some measurements and went for a test ride, confirming the fit was ok. Done deal, happy to have a new bike

The bike was incorrectly built, to the extent that the gear shifting jammed the first time the bike was used (overseas). Additionally, the Shimano 105 shifters are faulty and I cannot get them repaired under warranty until I return back to Sydney.

Website is easy to use. Service from the guys in the shop is always great.

Although informed the bikes were ready to be collected only 1 bike was ready. My friend had volunteered to collect the bikes and therefore would not have gone if both bikes were not ready. The bike collected already had 3 kilometres it even though it was supposed to be new. The bikes were not in good condition when received.

We bought a basket for a child’s birthday. We ordered it 3-4 weeks before the due date. It didn’t end up being delivered on time, with a real lack of knowledge between the local shop where we were supposed to pick it up vs the warehouse. The worst part of this was incredibly poor communication so we could manage expectations.

My order was delayed because the product was faulty. I then never received an update that the product had arrived and I had to come collect it even though I had paid delivery. When we came to collect the bike it was missing a basket which we then had to pay extra for because the fine print on the website said some parts may not be available but the picture advertising the bike clearly had a basket.
The bike then got an error and stopped working. This bike is only 4 weeks old and has been ridden less than 10 times. 99 bikes would not answer their phones so eventually I brought it in and it has now been with the repair shop for a week. Again there was no communication and we had to call asking why we havnt heard back. I am hoping to get the bike back this week but very frustrated with the customer service and lack of accountability.

The staff are always excellent. I bought surrounds for my SPDs and they are wearing badly

Order exactly as requested, pick up from shop next day. Excellent
I went online a bought a bike on the 28/11/2022.

I get notified that the bike is ready for pickup on the 9/12/2022
On the 14/12, I then get an SMS labeled "Friendly Reminder" that I will get charged a storage fee ($20) if not collected before Xmas week. So I go pickup the bike on the 15/12. No problem, until the the guy behind the counter wants to charge me $20 for storage. Talk about a Xmas Grinch!
I managed to talk my way out of it.
But to the owners, you have to communicate your fees prior to transaction and you cant invent them after the transaction. Be careful, you may get youself into trouble.

My on-line order seemed to have got lost in the system somewhere for a while.
When I received the bike, the gears are very clunky and impossible to ride up hills.
I'll be bringing it in for a service once I try and ride it a little more.
