EMTBike Penrith Sales and Service
I purchased a new EMTBike in January and the experience with dealing with Penrith 99Bikes has been outstanding. They are friendly to deal with, price competitive, provide excellent communication and follow up. Just had my first service and again. Blown away with the quality of the work and service. Highly recommended

Bike arrived quickly but wrong colour…
Bike arrived quickly but was black instead of the blue I ordered. Couldn’t be bothered to organise to change it.

We offer a perfect ride guarantee that allows our club members 30 days, and gold members 60 days to return their bike if it is not right for them. They can then choose a different size, style or colour bike.

Customer service not good enough the way they talk not very sweet not showing or touring the bike we show the catalog the bike they say we don’t have that in store we need to order and then he’s gone

Excellent service by the gentleman who helped us choosing the bikes. Although we got there very close to closing time he still didn’t rush us and we end up getting 1 bike for my son and 1 for us. Highly recommend this place. Next time i go there i’ll get his name and mention it in the review… Thanks again for your service.

Service was A1. Staff were responsive, friendly and helpful. The Buzzrack Eazzy2 Bike Rack is a great product - well made, strong and stable. I love it !
However, there is an issue with the slip on number plate holder - best to secure with a screw - mine either bumped or blew off !

Quality at a very competitive price.
I purchased a new bicycle helmet online. I had to wait a few weeks for stock to arrive, but I got a quality helmet at a very competitive price. I had to follow-up with the local store when no one contacted me to say my helmet had arrived, but otherwise, the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.
