Great service and great team and kept in touch waiting for my order to arrive

I ordered and paid for a Co2 bottle,it never arrived. I assume it cannot be posted as it is a dangerous goods, but no contact from 99bikes with an explanation and a refund of the product.

I purchased Shimano bike shoes via click and collect. A friendly text was received within an hour to let me know they were ready. At the shop, it was quick to pick them up. No hassles at all

The bikes were checked and ready for collection the next day and the handover was friendly and informative.
