Sure Parking Meet and Greet service, south terminal at Gatwick airport.
5 star service from start to finish. Easy to locate within the Approved Operators section of the Orange car park Level 1, row B. Service was on time, staff very friendly and efficient. The collection process is very simple once you've collected all your luggage with a quick phone call and again all on time and efficient.
Would definitely recommend if flying from Gatwick and prices via A2Z Parking are always competitive.

The drop off was really good no problems,however the return was a different matter.Called company after baggage told where to go and be about 20 mins.No problem got coffee and went to car park 5 was still waiting 50 mins later no where to sit and at 1am in morning being disabled NOT FUNNY.I rang twice to b told car is on its way very busy wait 5 mins!!this was obviously lies asked the 1 fella there to contact them he said he would and told 5 mins again there was only me waiting for a car all thus while!!
Eventually the car turned up and what a state it was really really dirty with mud and bird poo on it it was now 02.15 in morning so just wrote not satisfied and drive off

Great service from arriving to drop car off to getting dropped at the airport. The drivers were very polite helping the elderly or less abled on board the bus.staff in the office polite and helpful will definitely be booking again

Easy drop off on ground floor (LGW North Terminal) and attendant already there. Only waited a few minutes for the car on return. Didn't have to pay for exit ticket which I have been stung with before.

Excellent service, very happy with the whole process from start to finish, very nice, friendly and professional staff, quick and easy drop off and pick up.

I booked a two week airport parking with meet and greet service for my wife and 2 kids. I was hoping to use meet and greet service to get them an easy service who will collect the car for them and bring it back to them without the need to ride away from airport with little kids and luggages. I was wrong as i choose those parking people .. do not fall in my mistake.

1st issue with them, the charged us 10£ for coming 10min early citing airport parking which should be included in the whole price.

2nd issue when we come back. I usually book extra 3-4 hrs parking to avoid any charges in case of flight delay. The meet and greet service supposed to bring you the car once you arrive in tne airport and ypu call the phone numbers for meet and greet , ypur car supposed to be brought back in about 20-30min.

We arrived on time so my wife called them to get her car back at the airport to only somebody tell her that they do not have staff to bring her car and she needs to wait 4 hours. Imagine 4 hours in airport waiting with luggages and exhausted little kids from very long 7 hour flight. I was furious , i called them and they said the same thing to me. I offered to take a taxi from airport and collect our car from their garage/parking lots. They refused, then after lengthy multiple phone calls they said that they will ask somebody from another company to bring our car to the airport but for exyra 20£ fee. We had to accept this only option or else to wait 4 hrs. Even that guy arrive 2 hrs later than our arrival time so we had very bad experience with this company that has awful customer services and they will charge you for things you should not be charged for.

Please avoid them.

On point and stress free parking and access to the airport terminal.

This is a scam company I had issues and was told I would get a refund, I emailed Musa and he faked ignorance as a way of getting out of giving the refund, DO NOT USE, your car and money will be at risk, I had to use my bank to get my money back, as a follow up the good reviews on this are also fake

This company are continuing to promote the services of a meet and greet company at Stansted called Keir Allan. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They have scammed people for the last few weeks. A2Z says that your car will be parked in a secure compound - it’s parked on a grass verge on a public road in a small village 4 miles from the airport.
We arrived back from our holiday with our children at midnight - none of the contact numbers worked. Only through looking at reviews left by other people did we find the location of our car. There were 60-70 cars parked either on the public road or in an open field. Hundreds of car keys stored in the boot of an old black Astra. We spoke to the police at Stansted who were well aware of the problem but are limited in what they can do as it is a civil case as a contact has been entered into via A2Z. They know about this and continue to use them - absolute con artists and scammers.

Good parking and staff but a 15 minute wait for bus weather good so did not mind.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SERVICES!! This is the worst airport parking platform and service I have received. I was in the car for more than 45 minutes on the day at London Stanstead, when I had to drop off the car, which meant that I just made it in time for my flight. The numbers given to us to call when we arrived at the airport were uncontactable as it does not connect or goes straight to voicemail. The call handler gets irate and attempts to pass the blame back to the paid customer. When we came back from holiday (on the same trip), I got a call saying that my car will be brought to the drop off point at a particular time. The car arrived 1 hour later at 1am while I had to stand outside in the cold while my family was having to stand inside away from the cold wind. Again, the numbers given to me to contact were uncontactable. The call handler, when they called me, again was irate and trying a desperate attempt at blaming the paid customer. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SERVICES!!

I have used Ace parking at both north and south terminals in the last six weeks. Both are very simple and efficient to navigate, although they are different in terms of drop-off and pick up. They are not the cheapest, but they do include all airport fees and this means the price you pay is what is stated as such, I would recommend them to others.

It’s worth noting, however that you should get there in time to take pictures all around your car. It is also advisable to make sure your car is clean when you take these pictures. I can’t be 100% certain but I strongly suspect that a scuff mark from gentle rubbing against another car appeared on my nearside rear wheel arch. Interestingly, we delivered the car in normal drive and efficiency mode but picked it up in sport and dynamic mode. Clearly someone had been enjoying a high-performance vehicle in the short journey to and from the compound. The tank mileage left indicator had dropped by about 30 miles! You can’t guarantee any of these things with any company you use but other companies have taken photographs on delivery and I have been usually been arriving in time to duplicate them myself plus take a note of mileage. This occasion was an exception and unfortunately it is the first time I have noticed any damage however minor.

Overall, I would still recommend to others and use them again, but with a little more care on my part
