Organising a quote from Florin, very professional and thorough, detailing my requirements and answering all my questions to booking the date, very easy and reassuring.

Ben and Charlie arrived to carry out the work, very professional, friendly and considerate throughout. Talked me through the process and detailed the plan of work to be carried out over the two days. Once completed, tidy up and cleaned all the work areas.

Really happy with the work and the new boiler. Ordered a new part for the shower, this is still pending, but have every confidence they will get the new unit installed in the following days.

I've been using ACF for a couple of years now and thankfully the reminder they set up got me in gear to sort our Boiler out.

Better than perfect people and their work

I had a stop notice put on my faulty boiler so was looking for quotes. Florin responded quickly and when he found out I was without water and heating he came out that same day. Very likeable and knowledgeable guy, took the time to talk me through options and solutions, and a quote arrived that evening which was very competitive.

Two days later, two of his team, Ben and Charlie, came out to do a conversion and install of a new combi boiler. Both great guys as well, worked hard and committed to getting us back up and running in 1 day.

All my certification arrived that same evening.

I had a new combi boiler fitted and have to say the service was superb all round. From price to telephone communication everything was stress free and simple. Charlie and Ben the installers were extremely polite, friendly, efficient and consummate professionals and answered all my questions patiently. I really couldn't have asked for more and am more than happy. It's difficult for me to imagine anyone providing a better service. Thoroughly recommended.

I called ACF when they opened this morning because my central heating had failed and the house was freezing!! I had a call back 30 minutes later from Florin to say he would be driving past in 10 minutes.
He had been in and replaced the problem part- we had heating again by 9:30am. If that isn’t a 5 start service, I have no idea what is! Thank you ACF.

I can highly recommend ACF. They removed an old back boiler, installed a new boiler and flushed out the old system. They did a great job. They were reasonably priced and extremely efficient and clean. I cannot speak highly enough of the team, from getting the quote from Florin to Ben and Charlie installing. It was a pleasure having them in the house. Polite, clean, efficient and just lovely lads. Will definitely be using these again and recommending to friends and family.
