Order a bed in April and was told it was on backorder for 12 weeks. They charged my card immediately but after 12 weeks said the bed was basically discontinued and would cancel the order and refund my card. They said it would take 7-14 days Weeks have gone by and no refund. They do not answer the phone, will not answer your email except with an automated message. I've notified the BBB, FTC and Pissed Consumer. ALL reviews say the same thing or worse. If you google image the address it doesn't even look legit...ACF or Alliance Furniture Outlet...SCAM!
Update- I finally received a refund the second week in Sept. I did report them to the the above places, left a couple messages, over 15 emails ( no responds to anything from them), the MS attorney general and finally I had a lawyer check this company out. Idk if this is allowed here but I'm sure this lawyer will be glad to take them to court if anyone is interested.

Ordered $3000 of furniture in May. Keep being told it has been delayed by manufacturer. They finally said most of my order would ship this week. Never got a shipping confirmation so I called. After waiting over two hours I was told it would be another 2 weeks. It’s a scam

I’m beat out of $547.87. This place is a complete scam and needs to be closed down for Fraudulent Activities. They are so lucky I am no where near Mississippi! I ordered a sofa chaise couch back in April 2022. The couch was so called back ordered until the week of July 4th and again NOTHING! They keep lying about a refund and now I will open up a dispute with my bank because obviously they’re not trying to refund me back my money. I call almost everyday and their poor professionalism definitely shows! Do yourself a favor and order from a Franchise Furniture store. I’m not sure why they are still in business to scam people out of their money. Never again!

Same story as everyone else on here. We placed an order Sept 2021 and it kept getting pushed off. Finally, in June they said they emailed me to tell me the set was discontinued. They said they couldn’t credit our credit card but could refund by check or PayPal. We thought PayPal would be easiest but after 2 weeks… NOTHING!! I called back (literally calling exactly at 10am) and still needed to wait. I spoke to someone who explained they can mail a check. We waited three weeks and again…..NOTHING!!! I called again last week and they said a check would go out Friday. This place is a disaster. Avoid at all costs!!!

I have been waiting months to get a refund. after countless emails I finally got through on the phone after waiting on hold for literally two hours , the man said I would be refunded in the next three days, it's now been over two weeks.

The website is a total Scam. They debited the money even before the product is delivered last year. But even after a year, they didnt ship the product. All i get is an automated reply that the manufacturer pushed the date. Its a total scam because, the same product is available with every other warehouse. So I am cancelling the order and ordered and got it delivered from the other dealer now.

I cancelled my order 1 day after i placed it because I didnt read the reviews until i received an email telling me that my order is "Awaiting Fullfillment". It says my order is cancelled and that my card should be refunded in 2-7 days and that was 12 days ago. This company is a scam,I tried calling them on thhe number listed and it says im number 31in que and I will be on hold for 199 minutes???? And as im on hold the minutes keep going UP!! After 10 minutes on hold i went from 134 minutes to 209!!!! This is a rip off!! They give you contact info BUT no way to get a live person or a response! Ive emailed them numerous times it says they will respond within 48 hours ..NOTHING...NO REPONSE. Just a meassage from a " reatilbot" that is a noreply!!! Im going to report it to my credit card company!!
**UPDATE: I have opened a dispute with my credit card bank and they will do an investigation and get me my money refunded. Also ACF did email me back AFTER this review and said they are waiting for clearance from the furniture fulfillment center to issue my refund!!!

I placed an order on May 23rd. Today is July 28. I called their customer support (who, by the way, don't even care) and was told that my order would be shipped on August 15th and would take 2 weeks to arrive. They won't allow me to cancel my order even though they don't have any inventory of the item. My new TV has been sitting on the floor for 2 months now. The representative does not have any customer service... she just asked me "is there any other question?". Unbelievable people. Bad company, bad customer service, no integrity at all.

I wish I wouldn’t of ordered from them just to save myself 30$ not worth it! It’s been almost 6 months sense I ordered!!! The item I want is from Ashley furniture store and it’s in stock right now!! I’m just going to order from them as I know I will receive my item I pay for!! But this place keeps telling me it’s back ordered!’ Clearly it’s not its a cover and how long are they gonna give me the run around! Like just tell me your ripping me off at this point!! Stop telling me it’s another 2 months back ordered and it’s to late to cancel my order! What a waste of a company!! Management and ceo should be ashamed of them selves!! Buyer Beware! Ordered a coffe table in Aug. 2021 which arrived broken. I have called countless times trying to get a replacment over the past year. They tell me its ordered. Then its never comes. Next they tell me it wasn't ordered. Now they don't answer the phone. Can't get a replacement or a refund. Total scam!

PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I normally don't write reviews, even when I may have a horrible experience, but they are straight up thieves. We ordered our furniture Feb 2nd of this year and we still don't have it. They told us initially that it was back ordered and we would receive it in April. Well, it's July and we still don't have it. Now they are saying it will be September and if I want a refund, I have to pay the return shipping for the two items of the whole bedroom set that they've already sent. Which I've priced and it could be anywhere from $800 to $1,000. So, they have our $1,500 and they are holding it hostage until we pay that money to get it back. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will pray to find peace with this highway robbery, and I know karma will eventually come around. If they try to come on here and deny this or talk around it, I am happy to furnish proof. LIARS!

Ordered a bedroom set a year ago and ended up cancelling since it was clear I wasn’t going to get the bed and dresser. It took a month after I cancelled to receive an email stating they couldn’t credit the CC I used for the purchase and they could send a check or I could request a credit via PayPal? They had shipped the nightstand 11 months ago and I have requested twice for it to be picked up and credited but they will not even respond to my requests ? They had no problem taking my full payment but now will not even respond to my request for a full refund! Do not do business with this company!!!! They are a scam!

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered two small tables in March - $535. They had my payment for 3 months and kept saying my order was delayed. After third delay, I cancelled the order and it's been over one month - STILL NO REFUND!! I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Total BS!

This is not a real company, there is NO way to get in touch with them.

Total scam!! They will tell you that the manufacturer has delays and it's out of their control. Total BS… all other websites have no problems with the manufacturer. Plus "customer service" people are extremely rude!! Been waiting almost 1 full year for my table… I was patient because of supply chain issues at the end of 2021… but this has gotten ridiculous… finally cancelled and went with a different company. Wish I had looked at reviews before going with this company! They are all awful! Better Business Bureau gives them a D.

0 stars is my actual rating. Their prices are very cheap, but they never provided me a product, just delayed the order several times and then denied a refund. I disputed the charges with my credit card company and they will provide a refund for me.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. See all complaints on BBB they are true.

I placed a very large order in April with ACF Wholesale for two end tables, a headboard/footboard and dresser with mirror. I was initially told the order would ship in August. I did receive the two end tables, but one of them is defective - the drawers are both wobbly. I requested a refund for the remainder of my $1650 order, and on June 1 was told I would receive it within 7- to 14-days. Its now June 28 and no refund. The company has stopped responding to my e-mail, and I can't get through by phone. Avoid this company. They are unprofessional and customer service is the worst I've ever seen in my 60 years.

By the way, there is another company called AFC Wholesale. They are not the same company. AFC Wholesale is a legitimate company with excellent products and customer service.

So we ordered a couch from ACF in October 2021 and much like everyone else we were delayed multiple times. In January 2022 we received our ottoman but the couch was still back ordered. In May 2022 we cancelled the remainder of our order and requested a refund which they said would take 2 weeks to process.

After 2 weeks had passed I emailed ACF and got zero response, this was the first correspondence that they did not respond to. A couple days later I emailed again, no response. I called on a Friday and spoke with a Kaylin who stated that my refund was being processed and I would see an email update at the end of the day. This did not occur.

The following Monday I called ACF again and waited 20+ minutes on hold. Finally spoke with the Customer Service Manager Joe. CSM Joe advised that the payment could not be refunded to the original payment method as it had passed 180 days since the sale. I was then asked if I would prefer a check or a PayPal deposit, skeptic of giving them anymore information I requested a check. Joe stated the check would be sent out the upcoming Friday (6/24). Immediately after the phone call I emailed ACF with an email directed at CSM Joe confirming what we discussed over the phone, it was never responded to.

On Friday (6/24) I received an email update stating my order had be refunded. On Monday 6/27 I received my check refund for the entire amount that was paid for the couch.

ACF seems to be a company that is struggling to do things the right way. However, I can confirm that I received furniture and a payment from them. I would not recommend ACF Wholesale as a company to do business with but I do want to confirm that they did make good on our business transaction.

No stars not an option. Do not use them I don't care if their prices are better than everyone else. You will wait months, and to get your furniture they will force you to pay more for shipping! $59 extra for an extra $100 I could have had it 4 months ago from a local store. I'm sure you can as well!
