Not honest or professional- I should've trusted all the bad reviews. They accepted my order and charged $59 shipping fee. I asked when to expect delivery and they responded with a date 4 weeks away. 4 weeks later they send me an email saying that there's a remote fee of another $49 associated with delivery to my address since they don't have a regular route in my area. (I do not live in a remote area...) They waited 4 weeks to tell me this! I tried to get them to deliver it without the new fee but they wouldn't waive it so we canceled the order. Now we have to order the couch from another company and wait for it to be delivered. I'm just hoping that they actually refund my money...

Total SCAM. Do not order anything from this company. They will take your money as soon as you order it online and claim that lead times for shipment are a little longer due to supply issues. The tentative ship date will come and go. Each time you email support, they will give you a new ship date that is pushed out a month or two. We ordered an Ashley coffee table and matching end table in January 2022 and when they kept pushing out our order 6+ months, we finally asked for a refund which they said they would honor. They said it would take 7-14 business days. 14 business days came and went. When I emailed them several times asking for status, they just stopped responding. Radio silence. I tried calling their phone number listed on the website, but each time it gives me a "busy" signal. Obviously a fake number. Unbelievable. I hope someone takes legal action against this company, since they are doing this to a lot of people and it's sickening.

Return policy is terrible, stay away

ACF Wholesale is a scam. I NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. ACF claim to be a subsidiary of Ashley Furniture. I called Ashley Furniture Corporate Offices and was told that they are not affiliated with ACF. I purchased an item in November 2021, and never received it. ACF cancelled the order, but haven't refund me for an item they never had in stock, and keep telling me that my refund is on the way after 7 months. There phone number for customer service hours are: Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 4:00PM CST (662)570-1599. You will get a live agent, but nothing but run-arounds. IT'S A SCAM...

ACF Wholesale is a scam, do not buy from them. The better business bureau has countless negative reviews of unhappy customers who never received their orders or unsuccessfully tried to cancel and get refunds. Do not use this site!!
