It has been almost 2 years I am living in London and due to different circumstances I had to change properties and I dealt with different property agencies and landlords in most parts of London.

With %100 confidentiality I am saying Acre Properties is the most honest and greatest one I have ever seen.

The properties are clean, the ads are real, they are not dodgy like most of property agencies in London with you so you feel safe and protect with them.

I am glad I had this experience with them, they are respectful and caring.

Every time that I have an issue with my flat, Chris Twiselton is ready to solve it.

I have been a tenant of Acre Properties for 7 years now. I am very happy with my property and the maintenance service is particularly good. Repairs are attended to very quickly and professionally. Hello there, months ago I contacted acre property for one bed flat went view happy to take they asked me pay holding deposit £288 which I paid and then I asked me provide my bank statement to my income which was above they asking after few they email me landlord not want me which is one of companies owners I asked them they told me my ex landlord told them I’m not nice guy but I paid my rent on time I asked them email me they email me my income is not enough which last three months I have earned £11500 it show in my bank statement what I realized and told no more agency fee now they try making money some where , I have contacted housing ombudsman every email acre email me and my bank statement I need know why . I have speak acre property give them time but ignore me no free money. Well I have tell them I have email them three times and call them just ignore me but I already contact to .housing-ombudsman.org.uk/ . so they looking my case he know I sent him my 4 weeks income e we which was more then £4000 and my tax return wasn’t ready I sent another bank statement he saw I have credit . Only thing he childishly called my landlord agent one one off them said I’m not nice men that’s why but landlord reference always official letter I have from hart and co and rent place I’m paying £13000 per month now 7 months I have passed reference agency credit check company called homeppl so only reason was you didn’t want rent to me and just say all rubbish. By the way lady looking my case on https housing-ombudsman.org.uk/ she off for sick I’m waiting she back then we go from there no way free money

As a tenant who is new to London, Sharon in particular, as well as Karyee and the team have been exceptionally attentive. On 2 occasions after having locked myself out of the flat, Sharon was there to help super quickly, was understanding and very kind. I can’t thank her enough for her commitment and hard work. My mother has rented a property with the Acre Properties since February 2012 in Chiswick, London. In all those years they have genuinely looked after both her and the property, providing friendly, helpful assistance whatever the issue, whether it be a spotlight not working in the kitchen to sending an electrician around within a couple of hours when there was a temporary problem with the boiler switch. As she lives alone I am always eager to ensure that she is okay and that everything is running smoothly with her and the flat, and knowing that she is in a property that is so well maintained and that she has grown to trust AcreProperties means so much to me, as I can be sure that she is comfortable and happy in her home. They have always carried out checks on the property, have always addressed any issues or problems my mum might have and have always been at the end of a phone should she need anything. I know that she has been happier living here than anywhere else because the property is so lovely and because she likes and trusts the team who really have gone out of their way to look after her and provide a fantastic service. All the team have been so warm and helpful, in particular Ben and especially Chris Twiselton, who showed my mum the property all those years ago and who has always been so kind and helpful. I know that they have all helped to make my mum feel happy and comfortable in her home and I cannot rate them highly enough. Thank you all, it means so much.
