My experience with Acre Properties has been amazing. I support disadvantaged clients to find private rented homes. Our agent, Alex was very understanding of our client's situation and acted very quickly. He arranged a viewing on the same day, and Acre's admin team sent through all the required safety paperwork within a day. Jonathan, the property manager was also very helpful and helped us get the documents our organisation needed for due diligence. All in all a great experience!

Have removed my former review due to the immediate action taken by this company to address my concerns. Jonathan explained the situation clearly and helpfully. My bad! Although not a client of theirs, it is clear that they do bear out the many positive reviews by their tenants.

My first impression when I met Shamia was really good. She was very professional, efficient but also very understanding and flexible with my room request. We spoke over the phone prior to our meeting and I was very impressed with the room I viewed. In the end I have decided to move with my friend however if I ever change my mind I will reach out to this agency. I will definitely recommend them to people I know and looking to move.

Professional Acre team, prompt response should you have any issues. Clean, pleasant, very well looked after property. Saw the flat and agreed of the moving in day straight away however you get 4 weeks to move which I thought was amazing. Very detailed contract protecting both landlord and tenant rights. Highly recommended.

Despite the difficulties associated with the disruption to business caused by the Covid 19 pandemic, the responsiveness and professionalism of the staff has been exemplary. In particular, I would like to praise Owen (the Letting Agent), Natalia (Admin) and Jonathan (Property Manager) for providing a level of service that goes beyond what you world normally expect. Not forgetting Aubrey and the boss Alistair, who have both been helpful in the dealings I have had with them.

Benjamin helped me get my door handle fixed right away after I submitted my request and it now functions like new! 5 stars all the way :)
