Automatic payments
I contacted them to set up an automatic payment and Jerrome Driscoll was so helpful and understanding. He made sure that I was fully aware of what I was signing up and he was able to answer my questions swiftly and in a manner that I would be able to understand. I feel more at ease contacting them with questions and concerns knowing there are people like Jerrome that work there who are able to help.

I was actually nervous about what the outcome of my phone conversation would be with ACT whrn i picked my phone to call the company, but Jerrome Driscoll was great as he listened to me all through and guided the conversation to arriving at a feasible conclusion.

Issue dealt with quickly
A client of ACT had assigned us an incorrect charge and caused us a great deal of stress. After getting in touch with ACT, Arsalan was fantastic in helping us to sort out this matter, I cannot speak highly enough of how he handled the situation.

There was a little confusion over initial correspondence which I had responded to. However when I spoke to Abs and Jerome they were very polite and helpful and it was very straight forward to arrange a payment plan with them.

Such friendly customer service
I had a call with Jerome and he was so easy to talk to. He sorted out my payment plan within 5 minutes of being on the phone and explained the process to me fully, ensuring that I was comfortable with what had been discussed. Very happy with my experience.

Friendly and professional person
I rang today snd spoke to Therese Ward who I have to say was very professional and do pleasant. I was unsure as to why I had been referred to your company andcwasxworriedvitcwaz a scam. She purchased me at ease and was very helpful, and quickly established why I had been contacted. I paid and she dealt with thst very eff8ciently. I commented tfstvat times she must have difficult conversations, however I would imagine she would be a lovely person to talk to on the phone.

Had the absolute best experience today on the phone with Hamzah at ATC. He was extremely patient and polite when explaining to me. As well as that, he had the most positive and kind attitude that you rarely see in customer service. 10/10 service from him today. His behaviour today gives the company an extremely good name. Definitely deserves some sort of reward or pay benefits!!!

All round amazing team!
