They likely scammed me out of $20+
They likely scammed me out of $20+, read on: This store keeps parts that are out of stock on their website, but shows them as in stock. I ordered a bunch of parts along with brake rotors. The brake rotors ended up being out of stock with no ETA, so I got the remaining parts shipped and bought the rotors elsewhere. Well, acurapartswarehouse charged me the same full shipping price as if they HAD sent me the heavy rotors, which they didn't. The estimated shipping and handling costs for the order comparing with and without these rotors was over $20 different. They are collecting shipping & handling money for parts they don't have in stock and work they didn't have to do, then you tell you later the parts aren't in stock. After calling them 4 times over longer than a month to dispute this, getting the runaround every time, they finally were able to "confirm" I was charged the "correct" amount for shipping and I just need to trust they are not lying about this and pocketing the difference. Save yourself the headache, money, gaslighting, and hassle and just order your parts ANYWHERE ELSE.

Took a long time to arrive, half the part was missing. Should be more detailed in the ordering process, kinda disappointed. Price is good.

Part received was not what was ordered. Sent email but didn't get any response. Contacted Ebay and they refunded my purchase price. This is the only response I received from the AcuraPartsWarehourse.com, I will not be returning to this company's web site

Horrible experience with this company
Horrible experience with this company. I highly advise everyone to not buy or deal with them. They will send fake not genuine parts in Oem like packaging . Staff is extremely rude and not helpful at all . FAKE NON OEM PARTS!
