The right item in good condition and on time
I ordered a passenger side rear view mirror for an old car. My order was immediately acknowledged and confirmed after about a day once the availability of the mirror was verified. It arrived well packed and in perfect condition a few days later. Given the almost 20 year age of the car, there was a $10 surcharge which was disclosed up front. It was an excellent experience.

After taking weeks to ship, the parts were incorrect. I paid shipping to return, then they refused to credit because return arrived 1 day past past return window.

I paid for my order
I paid for my order, got deducted from my account without fail. Then approximately 2 weeks later i receive my payment back into my account. The following day i receive an email stating there was an issue with my payment.
