Still waiting to receive my part
Still waiting to receive my part, ordered on the 22nd and wasn’t shipped until the 28th I believe. Not a big deal but I paid for 95$ overnight shipping and was not informed they had to order another part to the dealer, then ship to me. This caused this to be an over a week long ordeal. Would not have been a big deal if I would have been updated throughout the process.

Ridiculously BS experience with these…
Ridiculously BS experience with these guys. They sent me the wrong part to my address, took me through an email chain to try and get my part sent to me, then denied sending me the part anyways because I’m Canadian.
That’s absolutely criminal! You’ve taken my money, wasted my time, and refused to correct your own mistake? I even offered to pay for the shipping!
Don’t use these guys. They’re unable to take accountability for their own mistakes. I want my f’n part.
Edit: In reply to the company, for the awareness of anybody who shops with them;
This is exactly what I am talking about. Per their own guidelines, an RMA is applicable if they send me the wrong part. That is EXACTLY the situation I am talking about, yet I was denied, and the company is feigning customer service online. This is crazy dishonest.
Also note that TWO OTHER PEOPLE underneath me have had similar issues in the past couple of weeks.
It was entirely a mistake of this company, something that has happened repeatedly to other people, so maybe just do the job we paid you for.

Ordered what I thought was the passenger side mirror motor actuator but got some mirror plate! I had to ask for a RMA (return merchandise authorization) and was denied. The company said it was an electrical part. (Lies). Wish I would have looked at Reddit reviews first! Go into dealer leave this scamming company alone! Can’t reach them by phone only through email. This is not an electrical part! It is plastic with th a metal thing on it! No electrical wires are connected! Stop with your BS!

Put the customer first
I have ordered from acurapartswarehouse a few times already and had positive experiences. My last order turned out to be a disaster. They sold me a defective sunroof seal. NOT their fault, it was assembled wrong. I requested an RMA and filled out the required info with photos. Then I got the run-around. I was asked to take the part to a dealer to obtain a written diagnostic report. Please tell me what diagnosis a rubber seal needs when the photos clearly indicate the 180 degree twist that renders the seal unusable?
Additional edit: I then purchased the same seal from an Acura dealership and had the parts guy take it out for inspection. It was perfect, so I installed it. The Acurapartswarehouse was kind enough to issue me a refund for returning the defective part, so I'll put a star back on this review.

We were able to find a small part without having to replace the entire compartment. It saved us 300 dollars and the part worked perfectly.

Found item easily on site. Received item on time and excellent packing. Installed item and it has been working for several weeks now. Light has been off and did not come back yet.
