Your experience is not the standard we aim to provide & your satisfaction truly means a great deal to us. Each piece is carefully handcrafted & while this allows us to create jewellery of lasting quality, it can occasionally involve additional sourcing or production time. Whenever this happens, I always aim to communicate timeframes as clearly & promptly as possible.

After reviewing your order, it’s clear there was a breakdown during a particularly busy period, which led to delays & miscommunication. This is not reflective of our usual processes & it’s something that has since been addressed to ensure a more consistent experience moving forward.
