Lovely jewellery but buyer beware
Adina Stone has some lovely, unique jewellery but the service is not honest. Refunds are delayed repeatedly, and merchandise does not arrive when promised. In one instance I was charged for something which never arrived and had to make a formal complaint before a refund was issued.

Each piece is carefully handcrafted & while this allows us to create jewellery of lasting quality, it can occasionally involve additional sourcing or production time. After reviewing your order, it’s clear there was a breakdown during a particularly busy period, which led to delays & miscommunication. This is not reflective of our usual processes & it’s something that has since been addressed to ensure a more consistent experience moving forward.

I have nothing but praise for this fabulous company. In November 2025 i ordered a blue square ring as gorgeous as it was I felt it did not suit my finger so I was delighted to get an exchange to a rectangular sapphire ring. Again this was beautiful but then I saw a blue topaz set. Again I got an exchange 😀 I have total respect for this company, their items are exquisite and customer service well i can not recommend enough. Marvellous to deal with from the start. I will be back xx

My experiences with Adina Stone are always memorable. I really enjoy perusing the catalogs and advertising for the company.
Beautiful, eclectic ,and well made jewelry is fascinating to me, and very enjoyable also. One of my all time pieces is a "stacking" ring with sapphire colored stones, in a silver band. It looks very expensive and I wear it a lot.
I highly recommend Adina Stone as a place to find all kinds of goodies!
