They showed something on their website I ordered two of them. My credit card was charged then 5 days later I was told that they are no longer in stock. Very disappointing.

Very patient and helpful returning my calls and emails to help hard to find parts for older Mercedes. Will turn to Adsitco in the furture.

I ordered a rear and still have not received shipment or tracking three weeks later.

I ordered a power seat switch for my 1987 Mercedes. This is hard to find and not available new. The part arrived broken in the same way as the one I was trying to replace. I called for help and was instructed how to return the broken switch. A replacement arrived about a week later. It is on the car and working. Despite the first part arriving broken, service was polite, helpful, and prompt.

I ordered a part 3 weeks ago and it has still not shipped. I have called 3 times and always get the run around “the part is being shipped soon” still waiting for my call back when they said “I’m going to check the warehouse and call you back” you guys have a lot of nerve with the fact that you guys have sent me 2 emails asking me to review your company when you haven’t even shipped my item. I found the part on another site for a little bit more $ should have just paid more money for better customer service

After a long wait, I finally received my part. Great quality, as expected.

I am happy for the part I ultimately reveived - but serious feedback: Please provide customers better options for international shipping, such as DHL. They still work and serve customers. USPS is not up to your standard of customer service.

I only will say that my wife loves it but I thought that I was buying 2 front seat covers

I tried to buy a transmission from these people. They " had " one listed in their overstock section. They dragged it out for 2 weeks and then came back and said that one won't fit your car but this one will and BTW, its $2000 but we will be nice and knock it down to $1600 + freight+ + the core charge. I asked them to split the difference between the original quote of $995 and this latest new price of $1600. They said " Oh no we can't do that. Wait a minute you just told me previously in this phone conversation this morning that you build them as you need them in your own shop so what can't you give me the one you want to sell me for a better price than $1600? This is after you told me that the two that were in overstock were built when there was a rush on them and now there isn't. Who are you kidding?

I never received an email with the tracking information. I checked spam folder. I called twice and still only got the tracking info over the phone. Other than that all went well.

Everything was great except for not being told about the $150 charge for getting them across the Border into Canada. Next time I would get them shipped to Blaine, Washington. and pick them up myself. Yikes

you should advise shipping cost during the cost process not surprise everyone after the fact with a shipping charge....better yet offer items with no shipping charges during promotions or coupons ....it helps to know the shipping cost when you order...thanks w hudson
