COMPETENCE, RELIABILITY AND EXCELLENT SERVICE.

I have used Afriex over the years and they have been very reliable. The response is prompt and the speed of transfer is immediate. This feature makes it highly reliable. I am confident with afriex and that is the reason i have not used any other exchange over the years.

Customer Satisfaction is high priority!

Although I was having difficulty with setting up payments to my wallet after issues with etransfer funding; the customer care team was always responsive and on top of trying to work to get the difficulties sorted out until success was achieved. Afriex truly has customer satisfaction as a top priority and I appreciated the respect with which I was treated during the whole process. Glad to say, that in the end, I am again able to send funds overseas to my friend. The date the issues commenced was February 5th and all was finally resolved by February 15th.

Remittances are quick

Usually they are very quick to accomplish the transaction and other times is slower than it should be. There seem to be certain quirks with this app where it logs itself out on its own other than that it's a pleasant, quick experience for most remittances.

This is a very disappointing network

This is a very disappointing network. I send $150 to the account since Feb 11 and today is Feb 14, the money has not reflected. The money has left my bank, my bank have sent it to the Afriex etransfer email and they're telling me to be patient. This is frustrating, I don't trust this Afriex. I just pray I get my $150 back and will stop using them. Simple I give zero star
