In Nov 24-25/2025 deposited $150, did not use monies.
Found in Afriex walket 150$ today 1/26/26, sent $10?as test, received verification sent n received by receiver.
Sent remainder 140$ to same and still processing at this time 1734. Sent inquiry.

It is a SCAM. I have paid $5 for virtual card but didn't recieve the card at all. When contacting customer service, they said you can't get the virtual card and your money won't be refunded. You keep failing to deliver transfered money to destination and equally taking unnecessary time to reverse same.

Everything is wrong with your service, one can no longer transfer money out from his account, this app is a scam

I thought this was a good app but then they started nosing into my business I sent them all my info then I started getting emails wanting to know where I worked proof of that ?then what was my relationship with who I was sending to which in my opinion is nobodies business but mine.Then wanted a picture of me holding my card which I already had done

You dont have a set limit amount to send like other companies do and the money doesn't take long to get to the person you sending it to . I just wish you all had a app that someone from nigeria can send money to someone in USA. That would be so awesome

Afriex is beyond awful. I couldn’t access my money for almost 2 weeks and had to make multiple calls and send repeated emails to get it released. There were roadblocks at every step of the process.

Customer support is mostly useless. Emails take days and need chasing; calls go unanswered, and most of the agents seem completely clueless. The exchange rates are atrocious and the limits are restrictive.

I eventually got my money out, but only through persistence. No one should have to fight this hard to access their own funds. Use at your own risk.

I had a problem last time sending money because my recipient was not able to receive the money a hold day and I was not happy about it until I had to cancel the transaction and my money was refunded
