My transaction was not approved

You services has been very poor. My experience late last year and the one of recent cost me a lot. You need to step up in your service, senior call agent the worst I have interacted with ,ignoring calls. You need to do more

I tried making a transfer to Canada one time, but i guess the system wasn't letting me. So I had to withdraw it use another method. Even after telling an agent this hoping I'd get an exception for the fee for withdrawal that was charged. The agents reply was so cold and direct.

THE TRANSACTION IS NOT COMPLETED AND I GOT AN EMAIL THAT IT WAS COMPLETED BUT MY PARTNER HAS NOT YET HAD THE MONEY. WHAT IS GOING ON??? TELL ME WHERE MY MONEY IS OR CANCEL THE TRANSACTION.

Have been use Afriex for the pass 9 years I have no regrets. The customers service are good and efficient.

The way they treat me when I have a problem. They get on it and get it resolved

Not until the last customer service personnel (Excel......) attended to me 2 days ago and she actually followed through and ensured my matter was resolved. The other agents didnt do anything. I sent message I even spoke with one and rather getting result a repeat of template was sent to me to send screenshot of transaction which I had sent 3 times earlier. So in my opinion there is a disconnect amongst your team. You guys should learn from the Lady Excel what did she do right that gave the result.

To the lady called Excel I give 5 stars but to Afriex its a 3.

It took you guys 3month (Oct-Jan( to resolve an October and Jan issue.

Guys please don’t use this app they are big scams

My transaction was unsuccessful, due to no fault of mine. Afriex issued the refund to my wallet rather than to my original payment method (debit card). When I contacted Afriex, I was told I could either repeat the transaction or transfer the funds from my wallet to a bank account. I told Afriex I couldn't resend the transaction since the transaction was unsuccessful the first time, so my only option was to transfer the funds out of the wallet to my bank account- this is where I ran into problems. Their system will charge me $20 to make the transfer. Since I never made the transaction payment from my wallet in the first place, I did not want to be penalized $20 for something that was obviously Afriex's fault. All 13 of my emails to their customer service and support desk fell on deaf ears. They responded back to all 13 emails with the same message- repeat the transaction or transfer the funds from wallet to a bank account. This is completely unacceptable that Afriex is charging its customers for its own failure to process transfer transactions as requested by its customers.
