Afriex is one of the worst apps I have ever used. I sent $4,000 through this app to the United Kingdom, and the money was never delivered. After that, they completely stopped responding to my messages. No updates, no refund, no accountability.
They advertise that they send money to different countries, but that is not true. If something goes wrong, you are on your own. Their customer support is basically nonexistent once they have your money.
This app took $4,000 of my hard-earned money, and I am still waiting with no resolution. That is unacceptable and extremely suspicious.
Do NOT use this app if you love yourself, your money, or your peace of mind. There are much safer and more reliable options out there. Stay far away from Afriex.

Your GBP account is being used for fraudulent transactions on the NOONES platform. Many British people have been scammed by Nigeria!!!!

This company is a complete scam, I have transferred some funds into my wallet to do a transaction and later changed my mind. Normally, the platform presents a withdrawal option to transfer your funds back into your account using Interac in Canada, but I have been trying for the past four days. The worst thing is you call customer service and the keep playing around using fake apologizing words with no action. I have requested to speak to management and they say, everyone is in a meeting. Pleased! Stay away from this scam scheme. I am contacting the business bureau.

They don’t protect your information and don’t check fraud use. If you report issues on fraud they don’t do anything to protect your information or investigate

I tried funding my account, for more than 24hrs the funds never reflected in my account, customer service keep asking and and the same queations everyday, very frustrating , This is the last time i will use this app, home they are not into financial fraud.

I only encountered challenges when setting up the app, for weeks I couldn’t get past signing up so I sent mail to the team which they responded and then I was able to sign up and started using the app and it has been seem less and hitch free! No downtime ,prompt delivery of deposits and transfers! I now enjoy using the app !

It was a smooth experience in that once I reloaded, the information of the recipient the money was delivered in minutes. Before then, the system had changed the information of the recipient.
