Fast and Seamless transfer
Your fund transfer process is fast and seamless, but you guys have to do something about your exchange rate, which is currently lower compared to most fintech apps.

Good rates comparison to other platforms, however when there is any issue especially during the week, their customer service wont be honest with. I initiated a transfer on Saturday morning, and guess what, it was successful on the Monday. Even though they were having maintenance issues during the weekend, their customer service (first one) told me it was a network failure from the receiving country, which was an outright lie. I had to reach out to them about 3 times more before one of them was able to tell me the truth.
