it was initially seamless for the first transaction... but second and third where I'm stuck is where I try to send money, I was debited... and it's been 4 days, the company kept saying they've not seen my deposit even after sending my statement of account and transaction confirmation. So I'm just supposed to believe their word for it that they didn't see my hard earned money? I've been to my bank, I've tried to reverse the transation... the bank insisted that the money has been sent to the Afriex company, even showed me evidence. On the part of Afriex, they simply said they didn't get the money and that's all. I'm dissappointed. But if they resolve this issue and confirm my payment, I'll definitely come back and change my review.

The services were excellent and fast, I received my fund transfer within minutes.

Why sending Naira to Ghana Cedis is not working?

So far a 5/5. Transactions were fast to the recipient and safe. Just one small issue that the verification process took longer than 24 hours for me to use the service.

I could not send Ghana cedis, always telling me that the are on maintenance

Awful experience!!! Beware it’s difficult to get your money back from them. I will never encourage anyone to use Afriex.

A friend recommended it to me I deposited funds into my account to transfer to Ghana but later realised that Afriex that I could not complete the process. It’s been a week, anytime I call customer service it’s the same scripted response they give me…asking me to be patient that they are working on it. I’m very dissatisfied with the service!!!

Todate, I have only been able to withdraw £10 out of 2000

Your transactions to my country Ghana is nonexistent and my 5 Dollars is locked up in your account. I'm not happy with this.

Terrible first experience, transferred money into the app but can’t send to the destination country(Ghana) for close to a week now, and there is no way to transfer the said amount back to my bank account. I just want the money transferred so I can get rid of this app. Too bad there is no zero rating so I had to give it one star.
Now I have been able to transfer the money back into my account but I'm not I want to use the app again, will see

Your transactions rarely go through on first trial then you always have to refund the money to your wallet why not return it to the bank account that you took from?

Is been 2 weeks now I can’t send money to Ghana

It was easy and quick and no issues with the app and no temporary hold
Or other issues like I have run into in other money apps

App keep telling me to update app even after I have updated the app.

After going numerous prompts to update in a session and completing the transaction, I am told I can’t send to Ghana at the moment. Very disappointing!!!
