- What Does After Diamonds Offer?
- We believe everyone should be able to own and enjoy beautiful diamond jewellery. Our mission is to make owning exceptional authentic diamond jewellery a reality with our UK-designed and handcrafted collections. We started After Diamonds to offer high-quality diamond jewellery at accessible prices. We have chosen to use lab-created diamonds in our jewellery to offer the best value in diamond jewellery. Lab-created diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds, but they are created in a laboratory rather than dug out of the ground. This means that lab-created diamonds are more environmentally friendly and ethically responsible than mined diamonds, as they do not require the same resource extraction and labour. In addition to their ethical and environmental benefits, lab-created diamonds also offer excellent value for money. With After Diamond’s jewellery, you can expect to buy larger diamonds of higher quality than your budget would allow when choosing natural diamond jewellery. Because they are created in a controlled environment, laboratory-created diamonds are more consistent in quality than mined diamonds, which can vary widely in terms of clarity, colour, and other characteristics. You can be confident that you are getting a high-quality diamond when you purchase lab-created diamond jewellery from After Diamonds. At After Diamonds, we are dedicated to offering our customers the best possible shopping experience, and we stand behind the quality of our diamond jewellery with a lifetime workmanship guarantee. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to help you find the perfect piece of diamond jewellery to suit your needs and budget.
- First Impressions Matter!
- Based in the UK, we offer our diamond jewellery worldwide. All deliveries are free and fully insured. Since first impressions count, when you choose jewellery from our collections, your order will be sent to you in our exquisite distinctive packaging. Before opening the box, After Diamonds jewellery will make you happy!

Expect deliveries to be either late or towards the outer date they suggest.
Probably only a few weeks after ordering the ring I had noticed that the ring had dropped in value by over £400 and despite all of the delays below they were reluctant to offer me any compensation.
Ordered the ring 02/06/25 and the expected delivery in 3-5 weeks which ended up being 6 weeks.
The ring didn't fit so after paying £300 for a remake I was told it would take 3-6 weeks to be remade and redelivered which turned out to be almost 10 weeks in total from when they had received the ring back.

Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to share your experience.
You ordered an outsized ring, outside our standard size range of J to Q. We do clearly mention that rings ordered outside of this range are non returnable, and before accepting payment we always confirm with the customer that they would like to proceed with this condition.
As the incorrect size was ordered, the ring had to be remade for a fee. We do not make any profit on remakes, this is a service we offer to help customers who have ordered the wrong size after being informed that their ring is non returnable. We also state that a remake can take up to six weeks.
Regarding the change in price, the cost of materials such as diamonds and gold changes regularly, and we review and update our prices a few times a year to reflect these market movements.
We are sorry for any frustration caused by the timeframes involved, and we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.

Amazing service, was originally offered an alternative as the ring id ordered was out of stock. Spoke with Miriam and she confirmed that they could make my original ring and would get it sent out asap. Received my ring ahead of time. Beautiful ring, quality is amazing. Great product! Delivery time way too long
Very happy with the product, wasn't sure with the company prior to purchasing as reviews say “out of stock” constantly, so i ordered and and i got the same out of stock email, 3-5 weeks to be delivered, it seems like they make the products to order which is why its such a long turn around to obtaining the item which should be advertised rather than finding out after ordering and then having to give permission to continue with the order, but in whole happy with the product but not happy with the time it takes to come.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re really pleased to hear that you’re happy with your jewellery.
While most of our items are in stock and dispatched quickly, due to the large stock holding requirements of our collection, some pieces are made to order. In these cases, we always contact customers via email before starting work on an order to confirm the estimated delivery date.
We truly appreciate your understanding and are glad you’re pleased with the final product.

You get what you pay for ....
I bought a ring just over a year ago and recently lost a stone. I was advised to return the ring which I did. I received an email which stated there was significant damage to the claws and that the ring would need to be remade and the charge would be £60. I declined to go ahead and took my ring to an independent jeweller who could tell me most of the stones were loose, there was no damage at all to the claws and was down to very poor workmanship

Thank you for your feedback. All of our jewellery is backed by a lifetime manufacturer’s guarantee, which means that if there is ever an issue related to the manufacturing of your order, we will always repair or replace it free of charge.
In your case, once the ring was received back, our workshop carefully inspected it and identified damage to the claws. As this was not a manufacturing fault, the repair would therefore be chargeable.
We always recommend exercising caution when seeking opinions from external jewellers, as assessments can sometimes vary and may not always be impartial. Our team takes great care to provide honest and accurate evaluations for every repair.

I ordered my wife a new engagement ring. They didn't have her size in stock. I needed it for a certain date but it wasn't going to be ready in time. They sent a place holder ring while the correct size was made. A few weeks later they emailed to say it was ready and I sent the place holder ring back and they paid for the delivery for it. I have a happy wife.
The customer service was first class and I will definitely be using this company in the future.
