the service was excellent when i bought the air new zealand atr-72 models aircraft and they was posted very quickly and sent very fast and i got them with in two days or so and they come well packed.

Ordered a Hainan B737
1:400 Diecast
It was expensive but that is completely normal for diecast models.
Arrived ahead of schedule by 1 day!
Model is well packaged in a double box with paper to make sure the box doesnt move.
Model arrived perfectly intact unlike some other models (from different stores) that i had to glue parts myself.
I ordered multiple times and everytime this shop delivers.
Aside the price, I would recommend.

This is my first purchase from AMS
This is my first purchase from AMS and I am sure it will not be the last. I have recently changed from Model Railways to Model Airports instead so was familiar with AMS. They have a great range and prices seem very competitive. My first order arrived quickly and well packaged. I am now saving for the next models and considering joining the AMS+ club to save on shipping. Would highly recommend Aircraft Model Store. 5 Stars!

Great products but shipping experience a lil down...
Have been ordering regularly for a while now... while I have to say that most of the product quality is great, there is not sufficient communication during the shipping process. The shipper also is partly to blame in the sense that there is no prior intimation of WHEN the delivery lands up at the doorstep unless one keeps tracking the order. Still awaiting clarity on my most recent order. Says it is in a Dubai warehouse since yesterday. But no clarity on when I will receive it in Abu Dhabi. One area to improve IMHO...

There was an initial issue with the order but this was resolved promptly. I recevied the item and the quality was great. Always good communication from them and I've ordered multiple items.

Ordered 19 Nov 2024, label created the same day, 31 Dec today and they still haven't managed to pass the box to UPS. Impossible to reach on phone. Always forwards you to some dodgy mobile number's voicemail which no one monitors /responds to. They only respond to written messages on their website with an email and still hasn't sent the package to UPS. I researched the company trying to decide if they're crooks or incredibly incompetent at what they do. This a question a customer should never have to ask.
