The people who dealt with and helped me were all really really nice and very approachable, despite my own personal difficulties the whole process was effortless, WTBSN are non judgmental and pulled out all of the stops to get you across the finish line, I don’t think that I am the easiest of customers that they have come across my case was a bit of a challenge for them, at times I thought that all was lost as it became quite complex, I started to despair I’m not afraid to admit this but they never gave up on me of which I’m eternally grateful, Beckie, Sam, Samantha,Billy first rate and super nice , they are with you every step of the way and very supportive.

I just don’t think things would have turned out the same way without them. All I can say is that when all seems lost to you with no where to go or that you feel that no one can help you? Then the these guys are here for you when the going gets tough.

What a journey we’ve been on with Beckie from When the Bank Says No. The name is perfect for the service and support they offer because although one (or perhaps more) banks may say no, Beckie surely does not! It can be a scary time moving home. Full of uncertainty, anxiety and pressure for things to go right but we had the best help through all of it.
