Buyer beware - Similar to complaints below, I ordered a couple of items from AE, one of which was a set 4 champagne flutes. Everything in the box ( including a chinoiserie ginger jar arrived fine) , however , the champagne flutes were damaged - one was completely shattered and others had chipped rims . Sent two emails over the next few days , and filled out the form online as I hadn’t heard back- crickets! No one has responded back to me 5 days later with any form of resolution- I was happy for either an exchange or refund - shocking customer service. I’m still waiting for acknowledgement and response.

Used to have unique and different pieces. Now seems to be knock offs of more expensive furniture suppliers made cheaply but for not much less. OR similar products being sold in multiple homeware stores.
Just another store selling knock off imported products at inflated prices.

Shipping delayed slightly due to a high volume of orders, however, they kept me up to date on the status of my order via email. Goods arrived extremely well packed. Lovely products.

I ordered a “ Frida Kahlo “ bust . It came quickly , was extremely well packaged so not to get damaged and I absolutely love it !! Thank you !
