Refunds take 21 days
Refunds take 21 days, as I was told. Communications is done by proxy. A third party that "deals with 50+ brands". Don't bother, not worth it.

I bought 2 items from the sale, both of which got lost in transit. I got in touch with customer service and they were brilliant. The issue was resolved and I received a beautiful pair of cream cropped jeans and a black tank. Very Happy customer!!
Short Return period and poor customer service
Aligne have a very short returns period of 14 days which I don't think is realistic for most working women (especially those with kids). I had a faulty item which I want to return and the amount of time it has taken me to get them to agree to return it has been painful. I am currently waiting on them to approve my return again even though I have already sent a photo and video to customer service. I won't be buying again due to the faulty item and the amount of time I have wasted trying to return it.

I stupidly forgot to include the new customer discount code on my order for a lovely denim dress that I’d admired in my daughter!! (Don’t worry, I checked with her)
I contacted customer service and they very sensibly said wait till it arrives and you are satisfied and if so we’ll activate the NCD! Very intuitive.
Very short and inflexible return window, item oddly sized
I ordered a top, which was fine but I would say ran very small. The return window is 14 days and apparently operates as a hard stop in my case they completely refused a return that was slightly outside.
I found that disappointing tbh and won't order again.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. Shipping charges for EU customers are completely non-transparent and extremely high, especially when compared to other UK brands. Customer service was unable to explain what these charges consisted of and repeatedly referred to an external provider without providing any breakdown. The lack of transparency around the final price gave me no confidence to place an order.

I had a recent experience with customer care, and I was very impressed. Jodie was super helpful and responsive when I reached out. Jodie quickly resolved the issue and ensured everything was taken care of. Alignes commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable. I highly recommend this retailer for their excellent service!

I returned an item about two weeks ago…
I returned an item 1/5 over two weeks ago and they emailed to say they had received it on the 6/5.
I noticed on their page it says up to ten days to process return. I’ve been in contact with the customer service because imo it shouldn’t take that long to process one item which cost me £179. The customer service said to wait until
The tenth day because that’s the maximum days it should take and to email them that morning if I hadn’t heard.
I did l, but then they replied that it wasn’t the end of the day. Which in my options is absolutely ridiculous. And a real waste of my time.
They then said to email tomorrow morning, which would make it the 11th day. It’s an absolute farce. It doesn’t take much time to check an order and I dislike being faffed around with.
They then said it’s because of the Bank Holiday, which doesn’t include me because they received the item on the 6/5 so they can’t use that as an excuse
Had a look on this review page to see people’s opinions and notice it’s a recurring issue.
I’d really like a refund for my item and don’t really wish to wait another couple of days because I’m beginning to get quite irate at their lack of urgency for their customers.

Really disappointing service
Really disappointing service. Not only do they charge for returns but the whole process is really slow!! It's been two weeks since they've received my parcel and I still don't have the refund. After contacting them I received a patronising email telling me to wait ! Not what I expected and not a brand I would recommend

Lovely clothes poor service
Lovely clothes. Sizing really mixed though resulting in need to return which they refused to accept within policy only allowing credit. Customer service slow and poor.

Refund still not received 14 days after…
Refund still not received 14 days after my return was delivered. I’ve emailed 3 times and been completely ignored. Lack of communication and failure to process refunds properly is very disappointing.
