Amazing customer service

Had some issues with DPD but Aligne couldn’t be any better in their support. Jodie was phenomenal, replacing the missing parcel immediately and staying in close comms to make sure all resolved. Looking forward to shopping with them again knowing what a fantastic service they provide.

Excellent customer service

I’ve shopped at Aligne several times before and it’s always been a seamless experience. This time it didn’t go well- the package arrived minus the item! However the customer service team were fantastic- I had a refund within 48 hours ( as it was the last one 😥). So a completely stress- free experience in the end!

Great clothes and customer service

I have ordered from Aligne multiple times, as I love the clothes. I have never had any issues at all with orders or returns. I had a particularly good service experience recently where my return was lost on the way back to them. This was worrying but they made it all very simple and sorted the refund for me. Thank you!

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Dress arrived damaged with a large black mark on it. I expected better in the first place, but to make matters worse, instructions on website say to get in touch before opening a return, so I sent pictures via email…3 working days later I have still not received a response. The dress was ordered for a specific event and I highly doubt a replacement will be sent in time. First and last time ordering from Aligne.

Our customer service team works on a response time of up to 3 working days, as stated on our contact page. Please note that sending multiple follow-up emails before receiving a response can actually delay your query, as it pushes it further down the queue in our system.

That said, I can see that the team has now responded to your original message with return instructions and details on how to receive a replacement item. If you haven’t seen this reply, please do check your spam or junk folder just in case.

Reluctantly I had to return my order as…

Reluctantly I had to return my order as it wasnt the dress for me, but it was high quality and beautiful. The customer service when the return took a little longer than usual , the team couldn't be more helpful and resolved straight away. Many thanks!

Great clothes and customer service

First time customer and I am very happy, I am a petite size 12, at 5' only I find it difficult to find well made clothes that fit my shape, but the dress I purchased fits me perfectly! Customer service has been lovely, quick and helpful, I'm definitely going to order again.

Delivery Timeline Misleading

I placed my order on the Aug 3rd, and today is the 8th but my order hasn’t even been processed yet. I paid 14 euros for shipping with a 5-7 day delivery estimate, and I have to leave the country in 5 days. At this point, it doesn’t seem like I’ll receive my order in time.

If you are experiencing a backlog during sale periods, please inform customers upfront. Also, there is no phone number to contact customer service, which makes it even more frustrating. How am I supposed to receive my order or get help?
