False advertising they are not clarks y can get same sandals on temu and shein for a fraction of the price still smelling of glue defo made to order will not be fooled again plz avoid

The shoes do not look like the pictures, they are cheaply made sent an email asking to return I got no response.

I received my sandals yesterday after taking a while to arrive.

I must say when opening the packaging it looks like they were made per order. I could smell the glue they use on the shoes.

I tried them on and one fits perfectly and the other slightly smaller than what I ordered. Not sure how this can be. But I will give the benefit of the doubt and see if they stretch a little after being worn a few times.

I can only agree with all negative comments here. I have just received pair of cute-looking slip-ons which have taken an age to arrive. They are NOT the size I ordered -2 sizes too small. There is no paperwork, nothing on the package itself which says how they can be returned/ replaced. It is a complete rip-off. Obviously no intention to offer customer service. I am so mad with self!
Moral of story: if it looks too good a bargain, it most probably is a dud.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received my silver sandals as I was worried that this would be a scam company as after ordering them and having no confirmation email I read the reviews and oh boy was I worried. But having received them this morning they are very pretty I have a very narrow foot so thought that they might not be a good fit but they fit beautifully they also arrived quite quickly.

Not worth even 1 star. I wish I had checked reviews before placing an order. Sandals went straight in the bin. Nothing like photo, sized wrong and rubbish quality

Ordered sandals size 37.5 but sent size 38 which were too big. Got no answer from my emails asking for advice on return and no return details sent in package.

Terrible company avoid at all cost ordered two pair of sandals arrived and the wedge was beige instead of black offered 10% discount then 30% they will not pay for returns even though it was there fault in the first place absolute rip of company AVOID AT ALL COST

Do not use this company. I was foolish enough to do so. They sent the wrong size then explained that if I tried to return my product the cost of shipping would be more than the product was worth. A refund of 10% offered is a joke. They keep 90% of my money. The product was cheap and shoddy

I almost fell for this rip off company and did put a pair of "Clarks" sandals in my basket, once I saw the very cheap price i realised that they couldn't possibly be from a reputable company like Clarks, I then googled the company and read the very poor reviews, why is this happening it's almost at a stage of who do you trust!! only once was I caught out buying from a Chinese scam company, I'm not so stupid anymore.

They are a terrible company. Do not respond to requests for how to go about returning items and getting refunds. The website states Easy returns and full refund, all of which are untrue. The answer received for returning goods was offering me 10% of the goods (amounting to less than £4 rather than returning goods. Goods are incorrect sizes and poor quality. So I want to return them and receive my full refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They sent 2 sizes too big, their fault and they won’t refund my money. Only offered 10%. Daylight robbery.
I can send them back to China at my own cost and still may not get full refund. Still arguing for for refund. Now perusing through PayPal

Please do not buy from this company who by the way are also known as Alikefashion. I ordered Two pairs of sandals from them which arrived some weeks later. One pair was as ordered by me but very poor quality ( these were advertised as “Clark’s” they even use the Clark’s logo. Supposedly orthopaedic standard) the second pair was an entirely different style and colour to the pair that I actually ordered. A cheap substitute which arrived without an explanation or means to return even though their advertisement stays that they have a “iron clad guarantee” to accept returns with money back promises. Not the case after a load of emails passing between myself and this disaster of a company based in China I eventually contacted PayPal to act on my behalf and thanks to them the outcome was in my favour and PayPal reimbursed me for the cost of the footwear that this company failed to supply. 10 out of 10 for PayPal and a big fat zero for Alikefashion. Buy from them at your peril !!

Do not buy from this company. I bought a pair of sandals, wrong colour sent and poor quality. I contacted company they offered 10% refund and I could keep the wrong colour sandals. They said for full refund I had to send back to China and this would be very expensive ( their words ) They had been posted to me from Birmingham. Still fighting for a replacement or full refund. Don’t buy from them.

Terrible was sent the wrong size and the contact email is not valid so cannot get a ref or correct size

Bought a bra a couple weeks just to receive a message that EVRI mail package is the process of transportation, due to damage, address information is lost ,can not be delivered. Please be sure to update the delivery address information in the link within 12hours. Then pay £23 before item is delivered. I mean how? Unbelievable, I'm shocked. Please don't patronise

Never received my goods. Even though I supplied proof of the wrong delivery. Had to go to PayPal to get a refund. I would not recommend this seller

Bras nothing like what is advertised in terms of quality. Sharp plastic bone came out on day 2 plus the cup sizes are too small. I am an E cup and what came was more like a C/D. The shipping is from China so the order took about 3 weeks. I would avoid this site and make sure you order from a genuine one.
