Your product is a complete disrespect to your customer base you are a scam artist and you know it. Stealing people's money and sending them nothing that resembles the products you advertise. I think the best way you can improve is to shut your company down and issue everybody a refund but I know you have no integrity so that won't happen,

So you leave me no choice but to will put this down to experience and inform other potential customers on all 4 social media platforms of your appalling behaviour and the poor quality of your bras.

They are an absolute joke and you are an absolute disgrace stealing people's money and being deceptive.

Wish I read up on the reviews before diving in. Ordered three 3XL bras as there was a deal on and I needed new bras. Received them three weeks later and they are not as described. Pathetic, thin material. No support what so ever. Emailed them and I got a response the following day but they only offered 10% compensation. When I said I wanted their return address to see how much it would cost me to return for full refund, they upped it only 15%. Thankfully thought better before shipping it back and will be getting in touch with my bank and trading standards in the new few days. Do not fall for the fake advertising. The product is poor and the customer service is poor beyond belief. Do not waste your money.

Order arrived and it was completely wrong. They have offered me a 30% refund. Will not fully refund me unless I send items back at my cost to China!

Bra wouldn’t even fit my 13 yr old poor customer service avoid as was told they would refund but shipping back would cost more I can’t even find an address

I was so worried when I ordered as I had read the wrong site's trustpilot reviews, and then I found these reviews and panicked, it didn't help matters that when I emailed them it was just some random outlook email address. However, everything turned up in about a weeks time, sizing was a little on the small side, but apart from that I was very happy.

Scam. Bras are not sized right and provide no support whatsoever. It's a piece of flimsy nylon with padding thrown in. Another wasteful thing to go right in the trash. Luckily, paid very little for it.

I have no idea what the product is like as it's been a month and still not received it baring in mind I paid 8.99 for the express delivery and nearly a month later I'm still waiting. I'm being fobbed off with bs excuses their customer service is below poor I will never use them again 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Appalling. Ordered 2 bras, 1 was correct size but the other wasn't. Tried the refund contact twice, no response. Found an alternative email and did make contact only to be offered a 10% refund even though 1/2 the order was wrong and it was their fault! Do not buy from this company

Was looking at these bras. Glad have read reviews, people who have not received goods, get in touch with your bank, ask them to do a pay back. Ordered 4 from a similar company. only received 2, offered 30% refund, got in touch with bank,

Cheap quality. Not true to size. No customer service phone number to contact. Website only gives email address as contact and have not received a reply from email. Product shipped from china.

The product doesn’t even deserve any stars. It took forever to arrive and when it finally did the quality was just disappointing and the sizing was a joke! Don’t fall for their fake advertising! Now I’m trying to get a refund and offered me only 30%!!! 30%?!!! The only way to get a full refund is to return the items to them back in China. The 30% offered as a refund wouldn’t even cover the cost of standard shipping. I wish I read the reviews here before buying and I hope people do as well! Please don’t waste your money. They’re a complete fraud and very unpleasant to deal with. Worst customer service I ever received!

This company does not even deserve 1 star. still not received my order from 2nd January. emailed them and no response but happy to take my money!!! the tracking link has been closed. total FRAUD

Waste of money. Poor quality and sizing not correct. I ordered a pack of 2, 1 fitted but the other one was about 7 inches too short to go around me. The main body of the bra is slightly stretchy silk, no support whatsoever to keep the Bra in place. Every time I stretch upwards the bra rises up and I keep having to pull it back down.
Advise anyone thinking of buying any, DON’T waste your money.
Also terrible customer service.

I placed an order on 1/1/23 on 8//1/23 I was informed that it was being shipped and was sent a tracking number. However, I have not received the item despite emailing them numerous times. This is the first time I have ordered something and have not received the item.The tracking number is AG739358345CN

Like the other reviewer my wife ordered 2 bras, supposedly for seniors, in size 3XL. I doubt they would have fitted a size 32!!! She sent an email within 12 hours of placing the order (as it says you can do on their website) to cancel it. They ignored her request until 24 hours later, then told her the order had already been shipped. Product quality is crap as well. DON'T WASTE ANY MONEY WITH THESE SHEISTERS!!!!

Received order despite reservation's. However these bra's would only fit as training bra's ( measures 32 inches) and not 42 as stated. Also all previous reviews on trustpilot have disappeared and it is now showing up as a start up company. Email address comes back as undeliverable. Avoid at all cost
