Ordered from Alikefashion 20th Jan 24. I am still waiting for my Parents order as if today 13th Feb 24 the order is status “Awaiting shipment” status. Sent email to cancel order and refund credit card.
I would give this company a minus or zero stars if it was possible.

Scam company… Selling cheap copy items online. Using images from other company websites to sell. False advertising, mis-selling, items not fit for purpose. 10% refund offered to keep items. Full refund offered but shipping back to China which very expensive. Stay away from this website.

Received order 3 weeks after order placed- shoes are nothing like the advertisement photo.
The shoes were advertised many times on Facebook from different stores, and I stupidly ordered before looking on Trustpilot at reviews.
The sizing was OK, but more like slippers than shoes. Arrived in a plastic bag. Would return if easy to do so, but nowhere are any instructions of how to return for refund.
Totally misdescribed - do NOT order from this company.

Ordered 2 bras. Wrong size sent. They offered 20% refund though mistake theirs. Returns expensive and not encouraged. It would have cost me over £20 of a £26 total and I am not convinced would have recieved refund.
I did use pay paleho tried to assist and fid make me a gesture of good will but I would not use or recommend this company.

Your cheap tat is cheap tat but it would be better if it fitted the size stated.
I bought shoes size 9 can't even get my foot in the shoe neither can anyone else,RETURNS are so complicated and expensive it is better to chuck them.

Don't use this company took my money last Nov have never received my shoes only get message saying we have your order will not refund my money i now see i am not alone everyone is saying the same

Ordered shoes from alikefashion on 15th Nov and am still waiting. Paid £ 29.98 Got a message today saying order wasn’t completed, asking for another £24.99. Hope this is a genuine mistake and hoping for feedback and clarification from company

Bought a pair of orthopaedic shoes in size UK11, they arrived and no way were they even close to fitting, they were about 3 sizes too small, contacted them and they said i could have a 10% refund or send them to China ( they were sent to me from the UK!),
This company is a total ripoff please do not use!!!!!

Bought two bras and measured using the instructions on their site. When it arrived they were completely the wrong size and very uncomfortable. When I asked to return it they said I would have to pay the postage back to China. Don’t waste your money with this company.

Was recommended this website through Facebook advert, looking at their website something seemed "off"... Couldn't find any links to reviews from their website. Checked how they process refunds - YOU HAVE TO EMAIL AN OUTLOOK EMAIL ADDRESS?!!!! - Oh hell nah! Everything about that website screams *SCAM!*

So glad I searched them here on Trustpilot, instantly seeing all the negative feedback has saved me from lost funds and a whole world of stress! A lot of their products are targeted at people with reduced mobility and health issues, so elderly and disabled people. They are targeting vulnerable members of society! Absolute scum!

I purchased 2 pairs of boots in a size 5 (38). When they arrived they were too small - a size 4 (37) possibly and unwearable. I contacted customer service to return them but was told the package had to be shipped to Shenzen, China, at my expense, and that the UK address from which they were sent would not receive them back. This is not in line with UK trading standards and I would encourage people to be wary of dealing with this company.

I ordered a pair of Sketchers nearly a week ago. These people don't reply to your emails and there is no telephone number to call. This order was placed through Instagram and anything that I have ordered this way has been a scam 😒
Please Do NOT use this company. If I don't get any response then I will claim through PayPal.

Do not touch this retailer. I cancelled an order within the 12 hours stipulated. Cancellation ignored. 3 emails later plus 1 through PayPal they reply too late an item already packed. Disgraceful service.

7/9/23 ordered a pair of Sketchers sneakers for my wife. Have heard nothing from you although money has been taken from my bank. Have been advised this may be a scam site and I should contact my bank to report this as a scam.

Ordered 2 pairs of women’s orthopaedic shoes in black and blue. I didn’t get what I ordered. Was sent 2 pairs of bright green slip on shoes which did not have features advertised and looked like a cheap version sold at seaside! No reply from company to get refund

Ordered seamless bras absolute rubbish could not support an orange. Asked for refund as per add customer service was advertised as 100% they offered just10% refund for purchase as warned expensive to return post as come from China. No mention of any connection with china in the add. Dont by anything just throwing money away

Ordered bras - no where near the the size they claimed to be. Poor quality products. Stretchy fabric so it will fit someone with a bigger back size but padding and cup sizes is tiny. So unless ur 48A don't even bother.

Customer service is terrible. There is only an email address to contact them on. I asked could I have a return and refund? There response was basically a deterant - they won't pay for shipping (didn't even give me the return address) and they're not going to refund until my order had returned and with them but "to be nice" they'll offer me a 10% refund and I can keep their awful products.

Dreadful company and I use that word very loosely. Scammers is a more accurate description. Left with shoes that don’t fit and offered 10% refund…and warned return postage would be expensive ( to China)
This company should not be allowed to trade in the UK. Left out of pocket and feeling very stupid. If something appears to be good to be true…it generally is.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - Wrong size received and one 2 bras instead of offer but 1 get 2 free. Sizing is so far off. Poor quality.
