Muy mal, he comprado uno que no funciona y después de mases hablando con Allpowers tuve un otra que funciona...un año, y ahora estoy hablando a nuevo

Purchased a power unit which arrived dirty, beaten up and broken. Clearly used, I returned the item requesting a refund.

Three separate emails asking for the refund, I am still getting replies asking for my address for a replacement unit, it is like pulling teeth…

Reading other similar reviews I am losing hope of getting my money back, and will probably have to either ask VISA to intervene, or start a small claims
Court procedure.

Habe im Februar 25 eine powerstation refurbed gekauft.
Nach nicht einmal 1JAHR ist das Teil defekt macht keinen mux mehr.
Nach ewigen Hin und her mit dem Support kommt jetzt seit Wochen keine Reaktion mehr.
Wenn es minus Sterne geben würde dann ganz klar minus 5.
Ich gehe davon aus das ich mir die 300 Euro sonst wohin stecken kann.
Kann nur ganz klar sagen Finger weg.

I purchased an ALLPOWERS power station which failed after only a few months of normal use. The unit began randomly shutting off without warning. This made the product unreliable and raised serious safety concerns about continuing to operate it in my home. I was so concerned it was going to start a fire I had to return it.

I returned the unit under warranty as a faulty product. ALLPOWERS received the device and have now had it in their possession for months.

After the product failed so early, I requested a refund under Australian Consumer Law. That refund was not provided. My device has also not been returned. The matter remains unresolved after months.

ALLPOWERS is a China-based company, with its contact details and headquarters listed in Guangzhou, China, while its Australian site appears to direct customers to email-based support rather than an Australian phone support channel.

This China-based company has not provided an acceptable remedy for an Australian consumer when its product failed early. There is no Australian contact centre I could access, no Australian phone support, and no resolution despite them still holding my device.

Australian buyers should be very cautious. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I purchased an Allpowers R2500 portable generator. It worked well for 2 years but now will not charge. This company refuses to honour the 5 year warranty and as they are based in China that makes them untouchable in British Law. My advice is not touch Allpowers they are not a reputable company!

R4000 wurde schon 3mal getauscht, letzten 2 Geräte kamen schon mit defekt und fehlender Klappe (Gebrauchtgeräte)
Display bleibt dunkel,keine Funktion
Kundendienst antwortet schon seit Wochen nicht.
Kundenservice hatte mir beim 2 defekt im vorigen Jahr geschrieben das sie keine Versandkosten übernehmen da sie mit dem Speicher keinen Gewinn gemacht haben. Gefahrengut dürfen Privatleute nicht versenden,bin 400 km nach Dietzenbach gefahren um den R4000 zu tauschen. Dieser war defekt ,hat nur bis 50% geladen was dann schnell auf 30% ging.
Darauf hin habe ich einen Gebrauchten ohne Klappe bekommen der seit Wochen defekt ist und der Service sich nicht mehr meldet. Garantie ist bei Allpowers ein Versprechen was nicht eingehalten wird.

Nachdem ich das 3. defekte Gerät auf meine Kosten und gefühlt 100 Mails, Videos und Fotos) zurückgeschickt habe, wurde mir ein anderes Modell geschickt, Dieses ist jetzt auch nach kurzer Zeit defekt. ALLPOWERS weigert sich nun die Garantie einzuhalten, weil das Ersatzgerät nicht mit der ursprünglichen Bestellung übereinstimmt, obwohl der Fehler eindeutig von denen verursacht wurde.

The product came in great timing! I got it a day early ! I haven’t got to test it out yet as it’s a present so I will make another review when my partner probably tests it out but so far so good !

Im so disappointed- Allpowers trading as Henison-AU on Amazon (have exactly same address on invoice as Allpowers direct) replaced an R2500 less than 6 months after purchase last year becasue USBC outlets stopped functioning. I bought a B1000 expansion battery March 25 - on the basis it expands capacity of R2500 (as per Allpowers AU and USA websites) from Allpowers AU - emailed Allpoer support and service as well as Henison-AU via Amazon Yesterday Henison-AU/Amazon/Allpowers told me B1000 does NOT work with R2500, and they have asked their Alpowers team to update websites/support - yet they still are selling a R2500-B1000 Combo, and offered be a $50 discount. I want a refund for the B1000 as it is virtually useless by itself. Allpowers have stopped responding to emails. I just wish I had tested after I bought B1000, but because I saw multiple youtube reviews of R2500 and B1000 working together, and also owning multiple VTOMAN and VoltX power stations (cycling them to keep batteries in good health). I would have done an Amex chargeback - I may still do this if it is possible as well as contact ACCC. I actually sent all email asking why they produce an Expansion Battery which does NOT work with their power stations - what a joke! Naturally they haven't responded Checkout ALLPOWERS AU website! Still on sale!
Also if you post anything on their Facebook pages Worldwide, they remove it is it is true and honest and event slightly negative

J'ai acheté une station d'alimentation Portable R600 ALLPOWERS, Batterie LiFePO4 299Wh. Après 6 mois d'utilisation, elle charge 2 fois moins rapidement qu'au début en solaire avec les mêmes conditions d'exposition. Après 6 semaines de multiples échanges avec le vendeur et ManoMano, je jette l'éponge. Allpowers rejette la faute sur les panneaux (défaillance, mauvaise exposition) malgré des mesures qui prouvent le contraire et transmises par vidéos et photos. Marque à fuir. SAV de mauvaise foi.

Me compre el modelo de 600 y no funciona la cargue dos veces y no volvió a funcionar, ya le he escrito y ninguna respuesta, la verdad que para 300€ es para poner una denuncia. No lo recomiendo para nada, es que no hace el apaño ni para una vez.

Wir haben uns im Juni 2025 für unseren Cämping an Adria eine Kombi. Solar Powergenerator R1500/SP033 Solarpanel( 200W) gekauft. Es sollte wie in der Werbung 1 Kühlschrank (53W) betreiben. Leider klappte das nicht. (Panel max 97Watt).
Nach mehreren hin und her schreiben kauften wir uns ein Panel SP039/600W. Jetzt klappt das einigermaßen, da wir an der genug Sonne haben. Jetzt haben wir überschüssige Strom und wollten dazu 1 allpowers Batterien kaufen um ander klein Geräte zu betreiben. Antwort , nicht am Lager obwohl in der Werbung steht. Auf die Frage, Batterien einen anderen Lieferanten zu kaufen wurde uns dringend abgeraten.
Facit: Bewertung eine 3, wenn sich Allpowers DE nicht bessert wenden wir uns an Mutter Konzern, oder an einen anderen Lieferanten.

Das Solarpandel von 200 Watt bringt im höchsten Fall 60 bis 70 Watt.
Ich würde es mir nicht mehr kaufen.

I just bought a solar panel from this company. After reading all the bad reviews, I don't really want to take the risk of having to deal with bad customer service, so I tried to cancel my order. The package has already shipped so I am trying to get them to send me a return label and RMA number. No luck yet. Will update review if I hear back.

I BOUGHT THE R1500 WATT, AFTER USEING IT TWICE IT WAS OUT OF WARRANTY AND I THOUGHTN I WOULD BE REFUNDED BUT TO MY SUPRISE I WASNT, THE GENERATOR STARTED BURNING SMELL INSIDE AND THE SOLAR PANELS STOPPED WORKING SO THEY ONLY REPLACED IT AFTER WAITING ON IT TO BE RETURNED AFTER A WHILE. SENT THE WRONG ONE BACK TO ME, NOW THEY ARE ASKING ME TO PAY TO HAVE IT SHIPPED BACK. ????? HUH?? NO SERVICE AT ALL, PLEASE DOO NOT BUY THESE ALLPOWERS SOLAR GENERATORS THE SERVICE IS ZERO

La estación portátil llegó rápido y sin problemas
Pero sin el panel solar. Les reclamo , al cabo de 3 correos pidiendo explicaciones me contestan que les consta que fue entregado al día siguiente de recibir la estación.
No solo no fue entregado , sinó que se quedaron tan anchos y ni siquiera atienden los correos
Voy a la policía para presentar la denuncia debido a su nula atención, me dicen que les exiga el comprobante de la entrega: la compañía de la entrega junto con la firma y n⁰ de dni del receptor ( necesarios para validar la entregas )
Son tan sinvergüenzas que ni siquiera atienden a los requisitos LEGALES .

Purchased a R1500 only the second time using it to charge an iPad it overheated with a strong smell of burnt plastic, I have contacted Allpowers without any response. Avoid this company at all costs.

What an absolute load of junk this stuff is.. Purchased a R1500 and 2 100w panels.. the R1500 lasted 11 weeks and burst into flames. Was replaced under warranty. The second R1500 lasted 5 weeks ans filled our motor home with smoke.. this was to be replaced again under warranty. However I paid for an upgrade as have no confidence in the R1500 to a S2000 Pro. Well guess what this peace of shite was faulty on first switch on. Alarm on and error code E 215 cheap chinese Junk to be avoided at all cost.

Compre una batería hace 6 meses coincidiendo con el apagon se apago y nunca más funcionó. Me puede en contacto con allpowers me contestaron a dos mails indicando q mandara unos vídeos y nunca más. Son unos estafadores. No lo recomiendo.
