Terrible quality and terrible customer service!
Brought a power bank which came faulty, Allpowers would swap or fix it so had to live with it, then after a few trips it never took any charge! Now they are robbing me off and trying to get out of sorting it out for me!

I brought the R600 and solar panel and it worked twice, i have come to charge it up to use for a third time ready for a weeks camp out and it wont charge it shows error codes and beeps at me, i have gone through the manual which is not very good and tried google to see the issue and it seems theres a lot of un happy customers out there all with the same issue. I brought this on the UK web site and the only way to contact them for help is by email as no phone number and when you try the chat on the web.site you might aswell talk to a brick wall as you will get more responce from it. When you finally get an email back its not from the UK its from China and all the ask is for you to send a video of the issue so all in all not a great place to spend your hard earnt money as any issues the power pack becomes a very expencive door stop

Purchased a battery from ALLPOWERS UK (yes UK apparently). I have had it for just under a year and it keeps dying at around 50-60% when I’m using it. Apparently it needs “calibrating” for it work properly but I don’t believe them.

After weeks of asking for help they told me they would organise a pick up from me, 4 weeks later it still hasn’t been picked up. Customer service is appalling and non existent.

BATTERIES ARE FROM CHINA - NOT UK

Allpowers offer apparently well made products, but at a price a notch below their competitors. There's a reason for this:

I received the r2500 - a battery which was entirely broken on arrival. Because of the extremely slow customer service - days between emails - it took over a week for them to accept there was an issue.

I now write this nearly a month later, trying to arrange a return that does not involve taking a 30 kg battery to a depot an hour outside London. I am worried that I will be unable to get my money back or receive a replacement. They are entirely dismissive and practically un-responsive in addressing this concern.

I would heavily recommend purchasing from a different company. The competitors offer superior customer service - with Allpowers, you are taking quite a big gamble.

I bought the AllPowers R1500 Lite specifically to run a 5W continuous load for 7+ days, as suggested by AllPowers’ own calculator and confirmed via email before purchasing. In reality, the unit shut down after just 5 days, and the display showed wildly inaccurate information (including ~83% “remaining” at shutdown). I recorded the entire runtime with data, photos and a plotted discharge curve.

Despite providing all of this, customer support kept asking me to send a “video” — something that simply cannot show a 5-day runtime failure and adds no diagnostic value. Over more than a week, I received repeated canned questions (“how long per day do you use it?”) even after answering clearly multiple times. There is no person to speak to, no phone number, and no meaningful technical engagement — just the same scripted responses on loop.

I requested a return well within the 15-day window, yet AllPowers has refused to issue a return authorisation or even acknowledge the request properly. I’ve provided all evidence asked for and more, and still cannot get a resolution or a return arranged.

A premium-priced product should work as advertised, and customer support should help when it doesn’t. Instead, this has been one of the most frustrating and circular support experiences I’ve had with any tech company.

Just returned a S200 Power Station as the listing on their website states a more premium battery technology, whilst the unit received had a cheaper, lower quality battery technology (with massive difference on the likely lifespan of the product). The customer service seems very blase regarding this and two weeks on, the inaccurate & misleading description remains on thier website. To be fair though, they have processed my refund promptly.

I have bought multiple products over the years including 6 Allpowers power banks up to the big 2,000w monster.
The products have all been good robust durable quality and a couple have recharged without issue from totally flat (my fault).
I have one of the powerbanks - the monster which i havent charged 18 months and its still 90% fully charged.

Customer service has always been perfect.
I have just bought a set of the huge 600W solar panels and was struggling to register the 2yrsr warranty. Customer services got back to me -same day - sorted.

Worked great at first, drains very quickly, goes from 76% to 0% extremely quickly

Allpowers kept their promise and replaced a faulty R2500 power pack under 12 months warranty use the unit had 10 months use, they paid for collection and delivered "the only thing they would not pay for was collection from my house" I had to drop off to a DPD warehouse of which I can deal with.

Purchased S2000 Pro that claims to be 1500Wh

If you're purchasing this for a campervan don't bother, the battery claims to be 1500Wh but with NOTHING plugged into it, it drains itself in 3 days meaning it consistently needs to be charged back up regardless of usage.

For £1000 I would have been better off putting slightly more effort in and buying an actual leisure battery setup instead of opting for this 'all in one' battery and inverter that cannot perform how it's supposed to.

I purchased a S700 Power Station in May 2024. Used it 3 times before packing away over the winter.
Came to use it in June 2025 and it would not power on. Nothing worked.
Contacted AllPowers who asked for a video of the S700 showing its faults.
They agreed to send a replacement but now it’s September 2025 and still no replacement.
They state logistical issues have prevented this???
They stated the replacement item was on route to them in August and as soon as they have it they will send to me. STILL WAITING.
AllPowers still advertise the S700 for sale so must have some in stock somewhere.
I would avoid the company at all costs (Hindsight is a wonderful thing)

J’ai acheté une station de 2500w et un panneau solaire de 200w en juin 2025.
Installé avec une rallonge de 5 mètres et par temps gris, le panneau solaire délivre maximum … 10 watts !

Commandé le 24 juin reçu les panneaux par la poste .
Pas encore reçu la batterie le 10 août.
Noté livrée....

Great bit of kit

Bought a new S2000Pro Powerstation from a third party. The DC input feature didn't work at all, which was the main reason for the purchase, and spent £250 more on other equipment to make use of this. The AC input/output was fine, but not much compensation. Dealer refused liability, referred me to Allpowers warranty, which I discovered is not worth the paper it's printed on – nor the space onscreen it occupies. So many 'out' clauses and they don't stand by their product unless it's bought directly from them. Bad product, appalling company attitude. Buy another brand is my recommendation

I brought this ALLPOWERS2000W (S2000 + SP027 100W Solar Panel) back in November 23 when I first got it I was really pleased with the product contacted all-powers customer service earlier this year 2025 because I had a fault with the charging with solar panel it kept going into what I would call limp mode contacted customer service what o waste of time you go forward and backwards with emails pictures and videos and get absolutely nowhere it's like they just don't want to know or they don't believe you they keep giving you solutions to try you try them and that doesn't rectify the issue I have so I would avoid buying this product case you've got to deal with customer service that is useless

Marque à fuir !!!! J ai acheté le 1er Février 2025 un ensemble R2500 + panneau 400w à 1169,10 euros commande fr2646.
Début juin la centrale commence à déconner je leur en fait part il me disent de la renvoyer avec un bon de transport gratuit jusque là parfait sauf que depuis que j ai renvoyer la R2500 j ai plus de news et j ai la forte impression qu ils ne m enverront pas l echange comme convenu. Et bien je viens la confirmation que je ne receverai pas l echange en question car après plusieurs messages envoyés il viennent de me répondre que je dois prouver que l enlèvement a bien eu lieu alors que c est eux qui m ont envoyé l entreprise de livraison DPD pour retirer le colis chez moi. C EST TOUT SIMPLEMENT DU VOL !! Je suis écœuré c était une somme énorme pour moi...

A fuir !! Très déçu! Commande soi-disant livré mais jamais arrivée, SAV compliqué ! Il ne cherche pas à comprendre ….

Mis sold an item. B1000 not compatible with r1500 ! Won’t replace or refund avoid !!!!
