This is a scam. I order 6 weeks ago and have not been able to get any response to my inquiries regarding delivery, complaints or request for refund. I have filed a fraud complaint with Paypal, Mastercard and the consumer trust authority in this country. Don't purchase anything here, no matter what your favorite influencer tells you.

I ordered all powers volix, and paid for the order then I received very late an opened package returned item, and when contacted the all powers CS they treated the issue in ignorant unprofessional and rude way. Never ever will repeat such experience with such scammers

Frais de change imprévus
En fait sur IALLPOWERS.fr vous faites un achat aux Etats Unis d'Amérique sans le savoir vous allez être facturé de frais de change même si il est indiqué sur le site achat en Europe Allemagne. Pour ma part 1349,10€ d'achat et à rajouter 39,79€ de frais de change, pas indiqué à la commande, ni sur la facture. Suite à m'a demande d'explications et de remboursement la réponse de iallpowers.fr est texto : Cher client,

Ridicule, comme si une entreprise du net ou autre devrait pouvoir encaisser des frais de change.

This company is completely untrustworthy. I ordered a "kit" that included a power supply and three 100-watt solar panels. The power supply came late (in six days...not four like they claim). I will steer clear of this disreputable company that has no integrity. A last marvelous feature of the disreputable company is that they never answer emails.

He pedido un panel solar, después de varios dias esperando me he puesto en contacto con ellos de todas las maneras posibles, nadie me responde ni en su chat interno en la web. Mi pedido no ha llegado nunca. He pedido a PayPal que tome acciones, sino me devuelven el dinero tomare acciones legales.

Bought a 600W battery and a 140W solar panel. Straight out of the box, when I powered on the battery - without connecting to anything - the battery started popping (small explosions), doing sparks and smelling a lot to smoke and smelling to melted electronics. I Immediately turned it of but the smell was in the house for 1 hour.

I was with a baby on my side, so this could go really really bad, with a battery catching fire. This is insane.

They immediately refunded me - thank god - , but I cannot trust a company that sells batteries that almost catch fire (on the first usage).

The words alone are not enough to describe this company. I have bought powerstations from the company, both small and large, and everything was not only reliable, but also very economical in relation to what they offer. However, what really impressed me is their attitude towards customers, not only do they answer quickly but also to every question you ask them, but they are really interested.
While I bought a product at the price it had then, I later noticed that there was a discount that I missed, and after I sent an email to the company, they responded immediately and refunded me the amount of the discount. Personally, I have never seen a company do something like this. A thousand thumbs up to the company and its employees for their behavior and professionalism

La communication avec Allpowers et leurs matériels sont excellents. J'ai pu tester de nombreux matériels Allpowers : PB65, PB100, S300, S700, S2000, R600, R1500, R2500, R4000 et de nombreux panneaux solaires qu'ils soient pliables ou souples de 100 à 400W.
Tous leurs matériels ont toujours fonctionné à merveille. Je recommande vivement Allpowers.

I have only good experiences. I use their mobile power stations S300, R600, S2000 and R1500. They all work flawlessly and without failure. I also use 200 and 100W flexible solar panels for my off-grid installation on the balcony. So I have not noticed any problems with their operation. The Allpowers offer is very wide, everyone will find something for themselves. Contact with the company is always exemplary. I have recommended Allpowers to viewers of my YouTube channel and no one has come back with complaints, so I think that Allpowers products are worth recommending.

I ordered a battery and solar panels on May 11 this year. A month later IALLPOWERS notified me that my order was on the way. Only the battery arrived. There was no communication from IALLPOWERS. I contacted them and they said that solar panels would be available by end of July. It's now August 15th and I still haven't received the panels, or any communication from IALLPOWERS. They are ignoring my emails. I am now asking my credit card company to get my money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Bad service have only received half of my order, I am still missing my solar panels. ALLPOWERS have drawn the whole amount for the order, on my credit card. It’s impossible to get an answer from the service mail.

When I bought my R1500 battery, I expected that I could get help if there were any issues with the battery. If I had to make my purchase again, I would have avoided Allpowers.

I am getting really tired of their lack of customer service. I have tried to contact them twice, and both times I did not hear back from them.

I think this is absolutely unacceptable. You really need to get your act together and provide proper customer service! Take a lesson from Anker!

Jag beställde en power station från deras europeiska hemsida. Leveranstiden var väldigt lång och när den väl dök upp gav den 1200 Wh av de utlovade 3168 Wh. Efter en enda urladfning dog den dock, den tog aldrig mer laddning trots försök i flera dagar. Jag kontaktade dem då och efter en hög med ursäkter, lögner, bök och stök fick jag efter en och en halv månad en ny enhet.
Exakt samma problem med denna, den levererade 1300-1400 Wh trots att den skall ha 3168 Wh och den dog efter en urladdning, nu tar denna ej laddning heller.

Usel leverans, usel produkt och usel support. Det här är ett av de sämsta företag jag någonsin haft oturen att göra affärer med.
