Después de esperar 30 días desde la fecha de compra, recibí un correo electrónico informándome de que el producto adquirido no se encontraba disponible. Considero que esta situación es inaceptable, ya que durante todo ese tiempo no recibí ninguna comunicación previa sobre posibles problemas con el pedido.
Tras recibir su mensaje, les respondí solicitando la posibilidad de recibir el mismo mueble en otro color disponible. Sin embargo, hasta el momento no he recibido ninguna respuesta por su parte.
Esta falta de información, sumada a la demora en la comunicación y a la ausencia de respuesta a mi solicitud, me parece una falta de respeto hacia el cliente.

This is scam shop. Zero replies.
This is scam shop! They scammed me for 600eur. My order was placed on October 24th. Stated that has to arrive in 4 business days. Never received that. They support does not reply at any of my emails. Zero replies!
This will be reported to the police.

Compré una lámpara en Andlight por 195…
Compré una lámpara en Andlight por 195 €. Al intentar devolverla, me informaron de que la devolución costaba 150 €, algo que nunca habría imaginado. Siempre reviso las condiciones de devolución antes de comprar en una tienda por primera vez, pero en este caso esa información no aparece de forma visible antes de iniciar una devolución.
Me parece un coste desproporcionado y una política poco transparente hacia el cliente. En total, la devolución me ha supuesto unos 140 €. Una verdadera decepción — primera y última vez que compro en Andlight. Una pena, porque esperaba una experiencia más seria y profesional.
Actualización 30/1/2026
El coste del envío de devolución por mi cuenta me costó 140€ y la devolución de la lámpara nunca me llegó por parte de Andlight. Mucho peor de lo esperado cuando escribí mi primera reseña.

I received the lamp with the box opened…
I received the lamp with the box opened and in poor condition. It was meant to be a gift, but I couldn’t give it like this. I contacted customer service, and their only suggestion was to use another box. Very disappointing experience — I expected better quality control and service.

Pedi un mueble metálico y la entrega…
Pedi un mueble metálico y la entrega fue perfecta. A la hora de montarlo después de ver el video veo que los tornillos no entran en los agujeros, es imposible montarlo. No encuentro en ninguna tienda tornillos que ensamblen el mueble porque los agujeros no tiene rosca, los que entran se caen. Además de ésto, la puerta de cristal y metal se fija con dos piezas metálicas alargadas que hacen de eje para que pueda moverse, pues solo viene una de ellas. Cuando he reclamado todo son buenas palabras y ninguna solución y al ver la política de devoluciónes es cuando te das cuenta de que esto es una estafa. Muy descontenta. No compren aquí.

Solía comprar en otra tienda, pero esta vez mi pedido no llegaba a tiempo y decidí probar con Andlight. De entrada me gustó la curación del catálogo y la promesa de una entrega rápida.
Compré una lámpara Mayday de Flos —que para mí es como el Trivial Pursuit de las lámparas: debería haber una en cada hogar—. Tras la compra recibí al momento el correo de confirmación y, en los días siguientes, un par de actualizaciones con el seguimiento del paquete. Se agradece no tener que estar pendiente del correo: el pedido llegó a casa en Barcelona en pocos días, tal como se esperaba, sin sobresaltos.
Todo en perfectas condiciones, sin preocupaciones. Una experiencia sencilla, bien pensada y eficiente. Seguro que repetiré.

My worst online shopping experience
One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Here’s why:
1. Shipping took longer than what was advertised on their website
2. When the order finally shipped, they didn't send any tracking info, I had to follow up twice just to get it
3. The product looked very different from the images on their site
4. I emailed them multiple times requesting a return, and it took them over 12 days to respond, only to say they won’t accept the return, even though their website clearly states they offer a 365-day return policy
I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be ordering from this company again. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

As a customer you are in your right to return a product to us within 365 days, as long as the order is kept in the original box and is in the same condition as delivered.
