Beställde lampa på 10050:- märkte att jag fick fel boxar som innehåller "snäckorna" som hängs på lamporna efter jag monterat den i taket. Skrev mail. Blev ombed att skicka bild på boxarna. Skickade bild på mail. Fick inget svar. Skickade meil igen, och har fortfarande inte till idag fått svar på vad jag ska göra. Lampan är helt uppackad, allt plast slängd osv.

Lamp was never shipped despite promise…
Lamp was never shipped despite promise of 2-5 days shipping. So I cancelled the order. Emailed customer service 7 times over a month with NO reply, despite their website stating they reply in 24hrs.
Then they randomly sent out the lamp and billed me 7000SEK two months after I ordered. Still no reply from their customer service and even emailed CEO with no reply.

I am sorry for the missing responses to your messages, but as we concluded, you had contacted the wrong email, order@andlight.dk, which is a no-reply email.
As the lamp was not in storage, it had a delivery time of 30-40 business days, which we also try to make as clear as possible on the product page.
However, I am glad that we came to a solution, where all your money was refunded, including shipping costs.
We hope that you are not too deterred to use our services again.

Jag är jättenöjd med min nya coola lampa som jag sa att jag måste bara ha en sådan lampa. Så jag gick in på Google och fick upp AndLight.se och där var lampan 1.000:- billigare än offerten jag fått i affären plus att de sa att det skulle ta ca 2 månader att få lampan. Jag gick in och beställde lampan och 3 dagar stod den perfekt hemma. Allt gick helt perfekt.

Snabb leverans utan problem. Inget särskilt att anmärka på vad gäller köpupplevelsen. Nöjd.
Produkten såg ut som väntat men batteritiden var riktigt dålig.
