The customer service is commendable. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed because the product image that was presented online and what you actually get are completely different aside from the case. Different MOBO, different GPU, different RAM sticks and even a different cooler, which doesn't exactly justify the price paid and does't seem right or honest. The products shown should exactly match what the consumer is getting.

Another thing to point is the shipment. The product was supposed to be a same day delivery product but for whatever reason, the product arrived 2 and a half days later. However, I mostly blame the courier for the delay.

Very helpful and thoughtful staff carrying out a great service. Im lucky I found out about them :)

It was a good but challenging experience for me. The seller gave me a GPU and Motherboard different than what I ordered. Yet, they were very responsible and solved my issue without any additional cost. Good job Anigma!

Even though you might look elsewhere and find the prices a bit lower, but the few dirhams lower don’t matter because you wont get the support that was provided by Anigma in general and Wael specifically! They give you what you need exactly and assist with all your queries. Highly recommended.

Ibrahim was extremely useful, keeping me in the loop of all that is going on in building the computer. I would recommend other to check them out if they are a novice builder or just want to enter the business.

I didn't see the option to choose the thermal paste in the option but that's just me being picky. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and would recommend for more.

PS. Recommend keeping a tracker/meter to check the status of the build for the customers to know.

Took me a while to decide on who would supply me with a gaming PC that I intend to keep and upgrade for a long time.

This is a saturated market, but my experience with Anigma was exceptional.

I dealt almost entirely with Wael who not only helped with advising on technical specifications, but also options and alternatives that would deliver better performance for less money. This generated the trust i needed, and i ended up happily going above my budget for something truly amazing.

The PC i have is nothing short of wonderful. A power machine, with almost no sound despite mutliple fans. I can play very resource intensive games seamlessly and for hours without a hiccup. The PC is truly a wonderful product and was well made.

My ONLY point of concern is the 5 working day turnaround time and my experience on the day of delivery itself. I've addressed them both with Wael, and I accept his response. Other than that, I am completely satisfied.

The online store was amazing the staff was very helpful, but Order shipping process take long time (5 working days) even i go there for take my orders from store.

Computer runs smooth as expected but needed more detail tweaking with all the extra apps which would have been nice to already have it done as discussed while purchasing.
Otherwise all very good.

Engr Wael Mohamed assisted me beyond his working hours and resolved my technical issues which I had for my Graphic card as my monitor was not working. I recommend him.

My second trip to them for an upgrade and coolant change. Hands down! They are by far still the best (if not better). I love them simply for their customer service! They never fail to impress.
