Amazing experience! I got a pre-built 4070 RTX PC along with an AOC gaming monitor and a gaming chair.

Customer service: The best part of this whole experience was the customer support offered during the whole process. If you get in touch with Wael, he’ll guide you through the whole process and answer any doubts you may have. He really went above and beyond providing outstanding support and assistance.

Quality: Good quality parts & brands were used to build the PC. There was no compromise on the materials and components used. Same with gaming monitor and chair.

Price: I checked prices from multiple websites to compare prices offered from their end, and for the most part the prices are fair and reasonable. (This goes for all 3 products)

Delivery: All of the products arrived perfectly intact, well packaged, and most importantly on time!

Personalization: Even-though the PC was pre-built, there is still room to customize the product to your personal preference. (I personally switched the 2x 1TB SSD with 1x 2TB SSD)

Brand: Given the substantial nature of my purchase, which amounted to almost AED 9000, one might naturally feel skeptical or apprehensive. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of transparency, professionalism, efficiency demonstrated by Anigma.

Would i recommend? Absolutely!

Their website has a wide variety of products all in one convenient place. Get in touch with customer support (especially Wael if you get the chance) and rest assured you will not be disappointed.

First off ive been looking for a gaming pc w a budget and i definitely found it and it was above expectations and the gentleman wael on whatsapp helped me with every step and answered every question definitely check them out 10/10 customer service and support.

Chose to built Gaming pc setup from scratch.

Purchase a worth of almost 18,000 dirhams
Two monitors
Small to be mounted on top of the larger monitor.

Made me purchase mount for the same
Took a week to deliver which is fair enough.
One technician came - poor management cable as stated by his own technician which came two weeks later.

First attempt - failed to mount the monitors on top of each other due to specifying wrong mounting
Had to return it and purchase another which was advise by them.
After two weeks constant follow up , they came to fix it with the new mounting I purchased , as was told by the technician - poor management cable done by the previous technician and also the new mount won’t be fitting due to the bigger monitor being way to heavy.

Now note this - been interacting with two person one from customer service which has no idea how to deal with customer

The technician which came initially told me himself to purchase another mount which at the end was the wrong one again.

Paying 18,000 to have such issue for such company is utterly disappointing.

When I contacted them and told them specially the setup I want and given the link for reference without a doubt they said it can be done.
After all the mess , I was told don’t focus on the mounting issue look at the other part of the job they have done well - that was shocking.

Customer service wise - bad experience from Mr.Wael
Was told they don’t have that experience after making a mess.

Technician who messed up - Mr. Adam.

Customer service : Mr.Ibrahim decent fella who was helping me to book a slot for the tech to come over.

First time i order to Anigma Was Very nice and all items are good and nice assist for the customer service.highly recommended for all gamers like me.

Item is as expected. Got what I ordered. Original product and was delivered in top condition.

Timely delivery. All components exactly as expected. Beautiful machine.

I would highly recommend this company (based on a recent purchase) for the following reasons:

1. Building the PC from scratch was easy - Anigma offers lots of fantastic options (with the latest CPUs and GPUs) and excellent customer service to guide you through the process (I dealt with Wael who was extremely responsive and helpful on WhatsApp).

2. The time from order to delivery was very quick (within a week).

3. Good, competitive price.

4. The customer service team was very responsive - and when I needed to change part of the order, they sent a team to my apartment to fix the issue within 48 hours (I dealt with Farhan and Adam who were friendly and helpful).

I have only had the PC about a week, but I am confident that if I have a problem the team at Anigma will be there to help.

The Quality of the product is superb and you really get what you paid for. But what separates them is the great customer service and response. My commendations to Mr. Ibrahim from Anigma who really supported me all the way from the custom build up to the delivery of the product on my required schedule. Good job guys!

Im happy with my experience.
Even when I know nothing about PCs they made it less intimidating and I appreciate it a lot.
I needed something powerful and fast to keep up with both games and content creation, the gentleman on WhatsApp walked me through choosing the best parts according to my budget.
He was very understanding with my lack of knowledge in specifics and was helpful.
They kept me updated through the whole process and even helped me add on a keyboard with a discounted price.
I had no trouble setting up my pc either it was perfect from start to end.

Wael was extremely helpful and knowledgeable
The response time was quick and even after delivery the help he gave me was commendable

Had ordered several components from Anigma. Parts are genuine and new, but it can take 2-4 days for delivery.
