Very disappointed
Very disappointed to find out the car we purchased from here had many faults after taking it to a dealer for a once over.
when told by this garage it had been checked and you can take it the same day. And then not covering all the cost to complete the car to be road worthy, thought we was going to be look after but wasn’t, made enough on the car we PX which was in perfect condition, first time we been to this garage reluctantly won’t be going back.

After reviewing the details, we understand the frustration that can arise when an issue with a vehicle occurs post-purchase. However, we are quite surprised by your 1-star review, given the steps we took to resolve the water ingress problem. As you know, we covered the £1,100 repair costs in full, in line with our commitment to supporting our customers when unexpected faults arise.
We also want to clarify that while we agreed to cover the identified fault, the additional maintenance work you requested was outside the scope of the agreed-upon repairs. As a business, we have to balance covering necessary repairs with what constitutes routine maintenance, which is why we could not cover these additional charges.
Our director spoke to your wife, who expressed gratitude for our efforts in covering the repairs, and we were under the impression that the issue had been resolved to your satisfaction. Given our ongoing efforts to ensure you were taken care of, we are disappointed to see this review, especially since we have worked with countless customers to achieve positive outcomes.
