I purchased a pair of Carhartt cargos in the sale. Delivered on time and had no issue with the item.

Normally I check a company out on here before buying but this time I didn't because it was the last pair they were the cheapest online. Got a little worried when I saw some negative reviews afterward, but like I said no issues with my order. Cheers Guys.

First time using this online shop - Great price on a Patagonia 3L jacket - Cheapest I could find anywhere online. Jacket arrived within a couple of days, very well packaged and ontime. Thanks for teh great experience!

Great friendly staff loads of top designers I picked up a few bargains today in there mid season sale well pleased with them they came in excellent packaging for just t shirts I shop here a lot they never disappoint top marks from me

Ordered a Retro Patagonia Fleece from Aphrodite Clothing at a very competitive price - smooth transaction, speedy delivery
Unfortunately it did not fit
I returned the item with enclosed returns sheet & postage label.
Within a couple of days I received a confirmation email of receipt & refund
- absolutely no hassle

Bought a shirt when offshore, got home tried it on was to small could not button up. Repacked in the exact same packaging it can in and sent it back next day.
Now they are trying to say I wore the shirt and there was marks on it!! Disgrace of a company staff are obviously not checking the items so if you read this go elsewhere for clothing there are much better sites out there, and they treat their customers so much better.
Yes marks on it that was not noticed by Aphrodite!!!
I would certainly avoid this company liars and thief’s, calling customers liars. Shocking, there CCTV viewers must not have their glasses on! Useless staff

This is one of the worst online shops I ever bought from in uk and to ship it to Kuwait.ordere on 31/1,until today I haven’t received my shipment,

My second order from this store within a couple of months. The jumper I ordered arrived the following day, once again packaged with love. The price was the best offered in the UK. Very pleased with this company.

I have to admit I was a bit worried when I checked reviews after I made my purchase.... however happy to report all went well. Fast delivery, good Comms etc ... definitely would purchase from them again.

Worst experience EVER!!!! with them instructed a DPD driver to leave my parcel in front of my house and are lying and said I requested this I have spoken to DPD who have disputed everything they have said but they just don’t want to help me and issue my refund. When I didn’t spoke to their logistics manager R A (her initials)?who has the worst customer service and lacks patience I don’t understand how someone like that can be appointed a manager when she doesn’t know how to talk and pretty much shouted down the phone to me on our call this afternoon AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS THEY WILL LEAVE YOUR PARCEL ANYWHERE!! And expect you to still pay not offering a refund for goods that were misdelivered as per their request all the managers in this department and higher are useless and unhelpful worst company to shop with I personally feel like it’s a racist company that’s what it’s giving the only polite respectful agent there is Bry who is a member of the customer service team DO NOT SHOP HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

This is the first time I have purchased from the online site. I did read reviews on Trustpilot first, but I didn’t let them put me off & I'm glad I didn’t. I purchased a Moncler polo shirt for my partner Tuesday evening & arrived this afternoon by dpd super impressed with the fast delivery!
The polo shirt is perfect!!
I checked the certi logo through the Moncler site & everything matched!
I certainly will be using this site for more purchases in the future.

Ordered pre Christmas and correct item arrived quickly. However I returned the item well before Christmas and am yet to receive my refund. Aphrodite are looking into this as DPD collected the return and I’ve been advised that the item is at the DPD Newcastle depot. This was over a week ago but I still await the refund of over £400 3 weeks after returning the item.

I returned the item using DPD, the collection service chosen by Aphrodite promptly after deciding to return the item. The remaining issue is between DPD & Aphrodite but I can’t get my refund.

Ordered some Yogi shoes in the sale.
Amazing price and customer service was second to none.
Packaging also elite,very impressive.

Ordered early December to avoid delivery strikes assumed due to time of year there would be an extended refund for Xmas for luxury items feels poor service and not in line with other modern retailers who appreciate return business taxing and expensive shipping make the item overpriced will avoid this company in future and would advise others to the same called customer service no exceptions made and to top it off they make you pay to send item back for an exchange talk about getting the customer experience you advocate and getting it wrong at every turn

I dont like that they didnt state that theres customs fees billed to your address when you order overseas, when shipping is stated free. However Good pricing on lots of items, however itd be nice if they included what was inside the jacket for customs or else fedex will hold on for a couple weeks and youd have to call fedex and tell them whats the jacket made of. Just spreading this to save time on customs, however shipping is fast once customs cleared, arrived next day.

Ordered a coat at 14:45 one day, the coat arrived the next day at 12:30. Perfectly packaged. I’m very please with it. Thanks for excellent service.

Stay away from this company. I bought a monclear coat and it was the worse decision ever. They say free shipping to the US. But what they don’t mention is the that they check off duty and tax fee will be paid by buye. Now I’m going to have to take to court FedEx because they are looking for $420 that they paid for duties and tax. It would’ve came out cheaper just buying the jacket in the US.
